You can claim a locker to place your belongings and then change into a robe and sandals provided for you. The room was dim and warm with a changing room, bathroom, and shower. Then you go to a waiting area with heated neck pillows where you wait to be called back. Marlene did an excellent job with my massage and I felt very relaxed. The tension is greatly relieved in my back. I will definitely be back!

They were kind, professional, and made me feel cared for. I would return to them in a heartbeat if they were at any other med spa. But my experience with Naz, the injector, was the complete opposite, and I feel truly betrayed. I trusted her, and that trust was shattered. I was never clearly told what everything would cost or how much filler she planned to use. I walked out having been injected with what I was later told was around 8 vials of product -- far more than I ever agreed to or even imagined was appropriate. Over 6k! I kept trying to explain the subtle, natural look I wanted, and I felt completely ignored. Right now, I look in the mirror and I barely recognize myself. My face looks overfilled and unnatural, like it's full of product I never wanted. The bruising is severe and still hasn't gone down even after four days. I can't describe how upsetting and humiliating this has been. I feel taken advantage of -- emotionally, financially, and physically. If you're considering this place, my honest advice is this: Only go to Stadia Med Spa for facials and laser treatments. Stay far, far away from their injector, Naz. When I got in Natalie talked me through what we could do and we also discussed the random bump that decided to appear on my forehead a few years ago, which I decided when in Rome might as well fix it too! I wasn't prepared for the results! I have been so insecure about my nose. I do not even have a scar. It healed incredibly fast! I only missed filming a single podcast episode!!! Maybe 5 days of downtime (by downtime I mean time with a little bandaid on my face) and even then it was probably more like 3/4 days. My forehead looks great. Although my monthly membership is very reasonable, and I can choose to apply my credits towards both massages and facials, I prefer to apply them towards massages because I have a greater need for relieving my back, neck and shoulder pain.
