You can claim a locker to place your belongings and then change into a robe and sandals provided for you. The room was dim and warm with a changing room, bathroom, and shower. Then you go to a waiting area with heated neck pillows where you wait to be called back. Marlene did an excellent job with my massage and I felt very relaxed. The tension is greatly relieved in my back. I will definitely be back!

I was never clearly told what everything would cost or how much filler she planned to use. I walked out having been injected with what I was later told was around 8 vials of product -- far more than I ever agreed to or even imagined was appropriate. Over 6k! I kept trying to explain the subtle, natural look I wanted, and I felt completely ignored. Right now, I look in the mirror and I barely recognize myself. My face looks overfilled and unnatural, like it's full of product I never wanted. The bruising is severe and still hasn't gone down even after four days. I can't describe how upsetting and humiliating this has been. I feel taken advantage of -- emotionally, financially, and physically. My masseuse made sure to ask me what level of pressure I desired and if I wanted hot stones ( free option). She left to let me change and once back she started right away. She did talk to me a little to make sure all was fine but nothing after (my preference as I sleep). She loosened my muscles with a light blanket on top of me and then tapered back the cover to apply oil and massage in areas of focus. She used excellent technique and pressure during my entire massage. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the professionalism. Better than many brands I have patronized.
