Tariq was extremely unprofessional. He submitted documents to the CRA without my consent. After I…read moreconfronted him about it, he refused to fix the issue, and instead cursed at me MANY times. When I escalated this to the management, they refused to speak to me to address the situation. After many days of persistence, Hanuradha spoke to me once, and emailed me once that they can't do anything and they refuse to take liability. Basically saying too bad, and took no responsibility of the mishap, or fixing the issue. Then they just stopped responding altogether. I never got a refund, and I had to hire another accountant to fix their mess ups. They originally speak very politely but stop responding after taking your money and incorrectly filing WITHOUT permission. Don't go to this company regardless of a cheap price.

They answer all your questions with patience, and every time you visit you'll learn something about taxes and finance that you didn't before. They're faster, charge less, they let you make appointments--even in the evenings, and we really think the refunds are bigger. We get Moira to do ours, but we've had good experiences with all the staff.
