I had the Brazilian and leg waxes done as I have for the past 11 years. This place is amazing and the ladies here are very professional. I appreciate their hospitality and services. I will definitely be back in the near future. Thank you for taking care of me during my self care routine.

I was…read moredelighted to find out a location in Lexington had opened up recently since I was having to travel to Cincinnati or Louisville beforehand to get my services done. The new location in Lexington is clean and quaint - it's not as big as some of the other EWC locations I've been too, but it gets the job done! My wax specialist, Devan, was friendly, professional, and thorough! Although I am graduating and moving out of town at the end of the month, I'm glad I got to stop by the new location! I will be recommending to my friends who are still in town! Oh and it's also worth noting that since they're a newer location that they are still getting a handle on timing. My 11:00 am appointment started closer to 11:30 am, so just make sure you factor in some time buffer!

I used to love coming here, but unfortunately it's now a huge Scam. Cassandra said their word goes because I signed some paper years ago and said the manager, Emily, will tell me the same thing if she spoke with me, but unfortunately was not willing to talk and help me. Scary that I'm not sure what else I agreed to when I signed this supposed document for no contract/walk-in appointment waxing). They stole $19.50 and lost regular customer by doing so. Is this legal?

I felt so welcomed from the start. Loved that the ladies walked around barefoot and comfortable. Not an ounce of stuffiness, which is impossible as it smells so good in the building. I booked a massage and facial bundle for a very economical price. First up the massage by Alexis she knew her stuff. She asked questions and concentrated her effort on the brick in my left shoulder blade. For weeks I've been popping into places for chair massages but to no avail. However Alexis has fingers of magic I would have booked another hour. I've been to many places including Thailand and this is only the 2nd massage received that would compare. I had the honor of having the facial done by none other than the owner Ashley. It's been a few years since stepping thru Mario Badescu for a facial monthly however I would say the facial here was just as top notch. The next time I touch down here early this will be my first stop before the Bourbon!

Tiffany is a great masseuse. I've now had two massages here and the actual massages are nothing…read moreshort of excellent. I took off a star for a few reasons: 1. The person at the check in desk has never been friendly at all. With a spa experience that's what you hope for. 2. There's a little "help yourself" coffee and tea bar but it's never offered before or after the massage, and it's quite awkward when no one introduces that as an option especially because it could be when you first walk in and check in. Other than that, it's a clean facility, and Tiffany has been great.

The services themselves are adequate and the facility is pleasant, but the appointment process is…read moreunnecessarily burdensome. After booking, you receive a confirmation email requiring a response, followed by a separate intake form. Then come multiple phone calls--one to confirm you understand the service, another to ask the same questions already answered in the intake form, and yet another the week of the appointment to reconfirm attendance. In total, this resulted in two emails and three phone calls for a single appointment. This has happened during all three of my visits for the same treatment, so it is clearly not a new-client issue. The process is excessive, inefficient, and far from relaxing--especially when simply trying to schedule a massage. I have visited other spas, including Woodhouse locations in other cities, and have never experienced this level of repetitive outreach.
