My nails soaked for almost 30 minutes with no acknowledgment from anyone else there. Finally, the man stopped his service with another client to finish my service. He used the drill filer on my nails, and filed through the top layer of my nail bed. I'm still waiting for my nails to grow out the damaged nail bed.

I told the owner I would like to stop using retinol and reschedule the appointment. I explained I had gone to her many times in the past and had never missed an appointment. She charged me 30$ for wanting to reschedule, even though the only thing she could offer to do for me was "tweeze" my eyebrows, and wouldn't even be able to do the service I booked if I did show up. It's upsetting that she cares more to make quick 30$ than continuing relationships with people in town. I feel completely scammed.

The owner claims she's the only certified person to do extensions, yet she hands off the work to unqualified apprentices. You end up going back over and over to fix their mistakes--until she finally decides to step in and do what she should've done in the first place. She gets away with it because she lives in the building--always around, but only available when the apprentices still can't get it right after the fourth try. I spent a ridiculous amount of money here and got nothing in return but frustration, wasted time, and regret. Do yourself a favor: go literally anywhere else.

The receptionist and some hairdressers where preoccupied with their phone, as most people are now-a-days. They where fairly friendly. My hairdresser was late, but she was perky and fun. The haircut came out great, I'm very happy with it. She had time to do my eyebrows, and I'm happy with them too. My only complaint is this salon charges 60$ an HOUR for hair. I understand it's warranted for some hair treatments, but for a haircut. YIKES!
