I reminded her that my appointment was with her and requested that she do my pedicure as planned. She appeared visibly annoyed but proceeded. The entire service lasted only 27 minutes from start to finish -- it felt rushed, careless, and far from relaxing. I will not be returning.

The receptionist and some hairdressers where preoccupied with their phone, as most people are now-a-days. They where fairly friendly. My hairdresser was late, but she was perky and fun. I understand it's warranted for some hair treatments, but for a haircut. YIKES!

I told the owner I would like to stop using retinol and reschedule the appointment. I explained I had gone to her many times in the past and had never missed an appointment. She charged me 30$ for wanting to reschedule, even though the only thing she could offer to do for me was "tweeze" my eyebrows, and wouldn't even be able to do the service I booked if I did show up. It's upsetting that she cares more to make quick 30$ than continuing relationships with people in town. I feel completely scammed.
