Was a bit disappointed in my experience here. To be fair, I came in without an appointment and Kim fit me in but it all felt rushed. I got an orbital piercing but I didn't love the placement of it. I tried to say something in the beginning but felt a bit judged about pointing out how I didn't like the placement of the markings. I also bought an expensive piece of gold jewelry for another piercing. She put in too short of a post and it caused my ear to swell and get infected. She didn't offer a return on the expensive jewelry that caused my ear to swell and puss but did offer to re-pierce the new piercing of which the placement seemed off. It wasn't a terrible experience but getting everything fixed and replaced is a bit of a hassle and time consuming. I probably will not return. read more

I originally went in for a nostril piercing and Kim was amazing. Very kind and professional. She listened to my concerns about bad shop experiences I've had in the past, and she assured me that my healing process should be very simple. She was so great that I went back the next day to have my septum redone. This is the THIRD time I've had my septum pierced due to bad shop experiences and incorrect placement. Kim made sure that I was comfortable with the position and placement before doing anything. Here I am, less than 2 weeks later and both piercings are healing EXCELLENTLY and a much cleaner and less painful process than any other piercing experience I've had before. I will never go anywhere else for a piercing, Kim's knowledge and experience is out of this world. 10/10 highly recommend. Brought my daughter in for her 10 birthday for her second ear piercing 2 years ago, fabulous experience. Just needed my ID and cash. No problem. Took my daughter back for a cartilage ear piercing on her 12th birthday and my god!! What a hassle. Apparently I need all but a social security card to prove paternity. Waste of my dang time. This info should really be put on their website.... Not all parents carry birth certificates in their purse just for a simple ear piercing. Next time, be consistent. Claire's did it with photo ID and way cheaper. FYI Bombshell has claimed in the past that they don't approve of piercing guns, well not true! I witnessed the piercer using Wow! Just validated my point appoint bombshells unprofessionalism. You have your rant. Claire's did a great job and has continued to do so. Your business missed out on a client due to inconsistency. Went in yesterday for my diath piercing. The place was sparkling clean and everyone was friendly! I have approximately 8 tattoos, from one that took as little as one hour to my back which took probably 25+ hours... I wouldnt say that I know everything about tattoo shops but I've been completely around the world a couple times and consider myself an expert when it comes to judging people. I currently live in Seattle, however when I'm looking to get another piece done, even-though there are incredibly talented and world renown artists in my city, I always schedule a flight to Colorado and make an appointment with Ryan. There is more to getting the tattoo than the tattoo itself. I find many tattoo artist to be pre-madonna wannabe rockstars with an ego barely big enough to fit in the tattoo space they are working in. Is Ryan the best tattoo artist I've come across strictly considering quality? yes. Is that why I pay the extra couple hundred to fly across the US to come to his shop in northern Colorado? no. I come to Him because of who he is as a person and how he makes me feel in his shop. He is welcoming, he is kind, and above all and something you will not find in many other tattoo artists, he is humble. Plain and simple the guy is a great dude, and it is because of this that I take the additional time off of work and wait extra long till a time in my schedule opens up that I can fly back to Colorado to get the piece done that I have in mind. Like I said, it is not about the tattoo even-though he does better work than anyone I've come across. Its about the experience as a whole. I've left tattoo shops where I felt like the artist was doing me a favor by taking the time to do their job and acted like I was an inconvenience or that I should be thankful for their taking the time to meet with me and do their trade. This is not the case with Bombshell, and this is the biggest reason why I alway fly back to Greeley. Simply put Ryan is a upstanding honest man's man, a dude rarely found on the face of the earth these days, and I won't let anyone else tattoo me ever again. Side note. I get compliments NON-STOP on the work that he has done, Often times with people saying "This is the best quality tattoo I've ever seen" and lets be honest, if it is going to be on your body for the rest of your life... why not make it an incredible work of art. Kim has helped me stretch my ears through four sizes and beautifully pierced both of my nostrils. I would not trust any other piercer in all of Colorado. She's the best there is. Going anywhere else is a fools errand. Ryan started the tattoo on my side. It's not only the most original tattoo I have but it's beautifully done, with tight line work and line weight to add depth and movement. He's one of the best tattoo artists I've ever seen and I regularly read the industry mags. I recommend this shop over any in the state. The design is something I had seen before, but I loved his use of color, and the way he the gave the design a bit of a twist. This man does some of the best color I've seen. I have gotten my past two tattoos at bombshell, and don't think I will ever go anywhere else. After going to a couple different tattoo parlors with a design idea & being basically ignored on my design requests for a cover-up, I began to research tons of different tattoo parlors online when I found Bombshell, and decided to try them out. (Being an art major, I want something with a lot of flair and style. Not just "a" tattoo.) I printed out some pictures of different ideas I wanted to try and brought them to Ryan, and he came up with 2 beautiful and artistic designs, and I was so happy with the results. I've never gotten a tattoo from Don (the other tattoo artist), but Ryan has always been careful and clean as he tattoos. The amount of pressure he uses is perfect. My second tattoo was an extension of the first one, and the pre-design was drawn on me with sharpie. It turned out absolutely beautiful. I have never gotten a black and white tattoo from bombshell, but as far as color tattoos go, I have have yet to see any other color tattoos as vibrant as mine ;) Ryan does amazing work, but be prepared to have a few minor issues--their shop hours are pretty loose, and expect your tattoo to take longer than quoted. But their work is absolute quality, and I would never go anywhere else for artwork that I will have on my body for the rest of my life. :) I am so happy with everything I've gotten here, and the guys are --super-- sweet. My daughter got her nose pierced by Kim she did an amazing job and my daughter just loved her! She just went back and got her triple forward helix done, it looks absolutely beautiful! She's so good that I wish I would of went to her first for our belly piercing. Mine was so bad it was so crooked never fall for "ladies day" at near by places (TH) if I didn't have so much scar tissue from the previous place I went I would definitely go to her!
