Also, she had these rants behind the counter about one of my friends who was late due to getting caught up at work, then threatened to take one of the tables away if she did not come in the next five minutes. Bad language, slamming dishes, snapping whenever we ordered anything, ranting behind the counter and countering everything with a rude sarcastic remark... it was like something you would only see on TV, so that fact that this was happening in real life just bewildered me and my friends. One of my Thai friends was a regular and knew the manager who was very nice. She apologised to us a lot and removed the service charge (as we were a group of twelve). It was a real pity as the food was so good but we were bombarded by TV Drama style rudeness of this Tracy that it made one of my friends upset and left me shocked to the point that I was lost for words.

We were greeted well and the service was very very good, we were told that if we wanted anything specific they would cook it for us on demand. The venue is not large, nor is it small, but the small buffet cart seems like it would cause crowding and queuing at busy times of day. A selection of buffet desserts are also included. The whipy ice-cream machine was a favourite of my student friends. Prices vary dependent on when you go with weekday lunchtime being your best chance of a bargain with it rising steeply on a weekend. All in all great for filling your boots with but not the best tasting chinese food in the world.
