Four people came and stayed for an amount of time equal to 5.59 hours of cleaning which seemed about 2 hours or less. The cleaners were not friendly. Only two of them seemed like they were working. And the lack of things not cleaned in my 1200 sq ft smaller home in the amount of time/people was confusing. They cleaned the oven but not the top of the stove or under the burners. They cleaned the sink fixtures in both restrooms but not the sink bowls. They only cleaned one toilet but broke the toilet handle without fixing. They mopped floors and left a dull sheen and water marks. The kitchen floor still had food on it after they mopped. They did not clean my front entryway floor. They vacuumed 2 rugs but did not sweep or remove small particles from nearby wood floors. In fact, it seemed like I did not get a deep or even regular cleaning. They didn't clean any window, glass front door, or bathroom mirror. There was no apology. When I contacted the main lady to discuss, she said that they noted that they would need more time on the next visit as they had run out of time. I shared the lack of things not cleaned and she said she would check with their team lead to see what happened. Nor was a list of what should be covered in a deep cleaning ever shared after I shared my confusion. Later, she texted that they could come back the next day to clean what I mentioned on the call or they could remove the deep cleaning fee and only charge the regular clean. I asked for the removal of deep cleaning fee as I felt the cleaners present in my home were not respectful of my space or their services. And that is how I ended up paying $159 (normal cleaning fee) for four people to come and poorly mop and vacuum my smaller home. I truly feel taken advantage of. I shared further feedback the next day with pictures and there was no response.

On cleaning day, they used a code to get in and did an amazing job of dusting, cleaning our whole house and somehow managed to get the inside of my oven clean (add on service) which would have been a gigantic pain for me to do on my own. They made our beds and did some sweet touches like blankets and toilet paper folded into heart shapes (tried to get a picture but my 3 year old was too excited to play with the hearts!) Most communication was done through text, which was super convenient for me. I have not used a house cleaning service before, so cannot make true cost comparisons, however, I appreciated the discount that was offered and I felt the attention to detail and customer service was well worth the price I paid. The rental we had stayed in was lived in (almost 8 years) and definitely needed some TLC which was given and then some. Victoria and Miraja did an amazing job and brought the rental back to life. My landlord was so impressed with the cleaning that she asked me for the name of the company and would like to use them for her other properties. There is a portal where you can order, there is communication up until the appointment. They followed my instructions with no issues. However, only 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were cleaned, but I really can't say it was "deep cleaned." Please note, not only did we pay full price, we also needed to pay extra because it took them longer than expected to clean. In our guest bedroom, there was still visible dust on the headboard and shelves attached. Mind you, there wasn't even a mattress on the frame, so all they literally needed to do was sweep and mop around the bed frame and dust the headboard. We blamed our first experience on my son being a distraction since he talked about watching snap chat videos with one of the cleaners (the cleaner and my son were both seniors in HS). Today, we had our 1st "2 week routine" cleaning, and again, the 1 cleaner couldn't clean my STILL 4bd/3ba home within the allotted time. My question is, if 2 cleaned couldn't clean my house within the timeframe, why would you only send 1 cleaner the next time?! My house did not get smaller! So again, I'm paying full price (they charge you in the morning so regardless of the outcome, they already got paid) and got charged extra because the 1 cleaner couldn't clean my 4br/3ba house in time. AND again, only 3 of my bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were cleaned. AND again, I wouldn't call it clean but "straightened up." DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY... You can clean your house better than them or find another company that willing to work for the money you're spending!
