The front desk always helps students or parents in need and allows them to call their parents to even if they don't know their parents phone number. And for new students, they always get a chance at the front and back. The student generally watches others to familiarize themselves with the new choreography and then can go in the front line. And after class when a child doesn't see their parent the teacher will walk tha child out unless they are old enough to go by themselves. Amazing experience here, competition was fun and everyone welcomed my daughter who was new. She made a lot of friends on her first year of competition. I would def recommend this company

I shared the experience with a friend and she recommended a studio and dance instructor (Mr. Andrey) who teaches a class on Ukraine folk dance. My daughter signed up for his summer session and was hooked (and she was out of breath and sweaty). She has taken several group class with Mr. Andrey and both group classes and private lessons with Ms. Erena. What does she like about the instruction, the teachers are demanding yet fun. They encourage development in the dancers. They set the expectations high though are reasonable, this is not a competition. There is a traditional code of conduct for ballet and they expect the dancers to follow them, giving respect to their teachers and fellow dancers. Ms. Erena has many years of international and domestic experience. Mr. Andrey brings his home country of Ukraine to life and the dancers learn about a new culture. The environment is welcoming, the younger and older dancers learn from each other. My daughter has been dancing under the instruction of Mr. Andrey and Ms. Erena for three and half years.

What I did find was an adult hip hop dance class. It fit perfectly with my work schedule, so I took the plunge and signed up! This class has been such a wonderful gift in my life. Maddie is a brilliantly creative choreographer, a gifted dancer, and a very patient and upbeat teacher (at 25 years old!). The routines are a blast to learn, and every single class is so fun!! Sadly, they're coming to a close for the summer, but will resume in the fall. I'll be counting the days!! For younger children and for recreational dancers I think that it can't be beat - we tried other studios years ago and they never felt as comfortable in any as they did at Infinity. They had a lot of fun, especially in tap and jazz, and the recitals are wonderful to participate in and watch. Mine did end up doing some of the competitive level dancing and that is where I found issues. It's very cliquey, not so much with the children/teens, but with the teachers. There are some very talented dancers who have competed with Infinity for years and they definitely take precedence over other dancers. I understand why this happens, however, when you speak with other parents you certainly see that when dancers who are not in this particular group make a competitive team they: Are moved towards the back of the dance and ignored Are asked to stay in a lower level of a comp team for "more practice" until next year...then never moved up In my time there I witnessed many parents moving their children to different studios so that they were pushed to the next level and did not remain stagnant. It's disappointing to see your children trying so hard to advance themselves but not having the teachers push them or give them constructive criticism/feedback. I think this could be a great studio if the teachers and the owners were willing to really work with all students, and not just the "star" dancers. It's too late for mine but I hope they take this feedback to heart.
