What I can say is that courtesy, clarity, and communication don't seem to be in his vocabulary. At our meeting after my mother's funeral, he said something like "we have a six month deadline." Silly me, I thought we'd have everything wrapped up in six months--but no! There are other hoops to jump through that he failed to mention. It has been over a year and things are not yet finished. He says, if you have any questions, just ask--and then doesn't answer any questions. It would have been helpful if he had told us the steps to be taken, time lines, etc. But neither he nor his assistant could bring themselves to do that. I do not recommend this firm.
