Gorgeous design, but if you purchase from them, make 100% sure that you go over EVERYTHING in your delivery before the delivery guys leave. I'm being asked to pay an additional 80 euros to repair a brand-new Bolia couch, but because the delivery guys dragged it on the floor and left it covered in packaging, I couldn't see the damage until I unpacked the couch myself. Because the delivery guys had already rushed out, they're off the hook. Customer service was very responsive, but ultimately I'm left frustrated that I already need to pay more to repair something that I bought brand-new. read more
