Found pipes that were not soldered just placed inside the heater and don't really know the person who came out was a plumber in fact. I would never use this company again. I figured Michael G. the president of Valley plumbing would come back with a lame excuse. So, for my edification I called two different plumbing companies with two different plumbers, Veterans Plumbing, and KB Plumbing. I asked them to tell me where the water on the floor was coming from. Both independent plumbers agreed on the same issue that there was a crack inside the tank and when the water was hot enough the crack opened up and the water would leak. Also, both companies indicated that this Brock White had rust inside, is this reasonable for a new water tank, I don't think so. I will see you in Court

It took many days of leaving messages initially to set up the appointment to do the work that we wanted to contract through them during a remodel that needed plumbing work done. A few months after that work was complete we had issues with the sewer pump that had been installed which caused warning alarm on it to go off alerting that something was wrong. We had never had a pump like this in our home so we didn't even know what the alarm meant and what to do about it. We immediately called Pierce Plumbing to be advised of what to do since it was so soon after the install and everything was still under warranty. Of course yet again we were faced with no other option than to leave a message and wait for our call to be returned. Finally after multiple days of leaving multiple messages we were contacted back by Barry and he did ultimately come and check the problem out. Due to us not knowing what to do once the alarm went off our pump ended up burning out from continuously attempting to run due to having a clog in it. The type of clog we had wasn't covered under warranty and even though it was something that had been initially caused by us if we would have had a call back the first day that it had happened we might have known how to maybe prevent the pump from burning out from continuously attempting to run in order to pump the sewage out of the basement holding tank out to the main septic tank. We did have pay for the pump to be replaced since it did burn out and were left with directions never to flush anything down the toilet that wasn't toilet paper. A few months later the alarm went off again and another call was immediately placed to Pierce Plumbing and just as before there was no answer and we had no option other than to leave a message. Knowing that the pump would continue to try to pump the contents of the tank we decided to shut the power off hopefully in order to prevent the pump from burning out again. Finally after 2 days of us leaving messages with no call back my mom made a call to them. She also had no other option than to leave a message. Not long after this call was placed we were finally contacted and told to find a different plumber because they would not come to check it out. Nothing but hassle and frustration from this company due to the lack of being able to reach them and not having messages returned for days on end.
