    My new to me Jaguar.

This company sells high end pre-owned eye candy. You can find everything from an Aston-Martin to a Tesla and everything in between. There's no haggling about prices. What you see online is what you'll pay. The vehicles come with a 2 month 6000 mile warranty and 1 year of maintenance. My salesperson, Kenia, was great. She even came in on her day off to complete the deal. I'd recommend checking out Boktor if you want a high end car without the high end price.

    My new car!!

I had a wonderful experience with Boktor Motors! Sean was an excellent consultant! I've been shopping for about 3 weeks and he was always responsive and sending me the latest inventory without being too overbearing. Every encounter was pleasant. The test drive was ready for me as soon as I pulled up. The financing was quick and easy! 10/10 would recommend. I found my dream car and a great price. I am so so so happy!

Terrible experience! Bought the car on September 21st, it didn't move on the 22nd, on the 23rd, it was broke down leaking gasoline everywhere. Told them it was unsafe to drive or even have parked in the garage due to the massive fuel leak. They said the would arrange for transportation. I didn't hear from them until the 28th. Due to the dangerous condition we had to take it to a reputable technician. $3200.00 in parts and labor. Sent them an email requesting assistance, no response. All, Please cancel the transport for our vehicle. With the amount of gasoline it was leaking, we felt it was not safe to even have it parked in our garage and it definitely was not drivable. As you can see from the attached report it has multiple issues that were causing fuel to leak excessively. I understand the warranty required the vehicle to be repaired at your location, but with the unsafe condition we needed it taken care of immediately. After reviewing the report and speaking with the technician we are very lucky the vehicle made it to Saint George without breaking down and catching on fire. You have an opportunity to do the right thing and reimburse us for the cost of these repairs. I'll assume no response constitutes a refusal to stand behind your product and your name and business reputation.

A car! Look how God works!

AND YOUR TOYOTA DECIDES TO OVERHEAT AND THROW A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. Ma'am. This was NOT on the itinerary. Apparently my water pump decided Nevada was where it wanted to die. RIP. So there I am, stranded in Vegas, stressed, irritated, and mentally calculating how much this little mechanical betrayal was about to cost me when I ended up with Daniel Lou Rossey at Toyota of Las Vegas. I told Daniel, "Listen, I work for Toyota too. I'm a service advisor back in California." At that moment, I think he could see the thousand-yard stare of a fellow service advisor who spends all day dealing with other people's broken Toyotas and was now being personally victimized by her OWN Toyota. Daniel took AMAZING care of me. He helped me out with the cost, got me into a loaner, kept everything moving, and basically prevented my Vegas vacation from becoming a three-day residency in the Toyota customer lounge. Because respectfully, I did NOT drive all the way from California to Las Vegas to sit under fluorescent dealership lighting drinking complimentary coffee while my water pump gets replaced. And because I work in the business, I KNOW what good service looks like. Daniel didn't just give me the standard "Sorry, your car is broken, here's your estimate, thoughts and prayers." He genuinely went out of his way to help me. Daniel deserves a raise. A bonus. Employee of the month. A plaque. His face on the building. Possibly partial ownership of Toyota of Las Vegas. Give that man WHATEVER HE WANTS. He saved my vacation, my wallet, and approximately 73% of my remaining sanity. 10/10 service. Daniel, THANK YOU for taking care of a fellow Toyota service advisor in her darkest hour. Hopefully the next time I'm in Vegas, the only thing overheating is me by the pool. And Daniel... with all due respect... I hope I never have to see you again.

The initial price presented to me was around $27,000-$28,000 with several optional add-ons. After I asked for those to be removed, the price dropped to around $24,000. I then asked about trading in my current vehicle and was initially offered only $500, despite having a current $1,400 offer from CarMax. After I mentioned that, they said they would see if they could match it. My biggest issue, however, was not the negotiation itself. It was the attitude and pressure I received after I made it clear that I was not making a same-day decision. I repeatedly explained that I already had a relationship with my bank and wanted to take the numbers to my loan officer, review the financing, and give the dealership my decision on Monday. Instead of respecting that, I felt increasingly pressured to let them run my credit and sign paperwork. I was told that the price essentially had "no value" if I was taking it to my bank and that they couldn't guarantee the numbers without guaranteeing my business. The salesperson also became visibly frustrated and accused me of essentially using the dealership just to get numbers without having any intention of doing business that day. That was particularly disappointing because I had been transparent about my intentions throughout the conversation. I was genuinely interested in the vehicle; I simply wasn't willing to make a $20,000+ financial decision on the spot without reviewing everything with my lender first. As a customer, I should be able to test drive a vehicle, negotiate a purchase price, review the numbers with my lender, and make an informed decision without being made to feel guilty or as though I'm wasting someone's time. I walked in genuinely considering purchasing this vehicle. I walked out feeling pressured, talked down to, and uncomfortable continuing to do business with this dealership. Buying a car is a major financial decision, and customers should be encouraged to understand exactly what they're agreeing to, not pressured into making an immediate commitment because they asked for time to review the numbers.

My experience with Queen Motorcars:…read more I had my car in the shop for repair because it was involved in a hit-and-run. I thought it would be better to buy an old used car instead of renting a car. I didn't think I could afford the $ 500-a-week rental fee. I went to Queen Motorcars, and a Mercedes-Benz was listed for $3,995. I ended up putting a 3k required down payment with a 5K loan at 12% interest for 3 years. I paid it off in 8 months. They also included a $ 1,900.00 Sonsio transferable contract on the invoice that they said I HAD to pay for. They had assured me that I could transfer that contract. If I sold the car, I was walking out of the place until they said that. I test drove the car in daylight, and besides the "as is" trap, I am not a car guru to know how a bad car drives. They told me about the hood latch and the wheel inflation sensor. After I went home and looked over my paperwork, they had also included $1,300 that was nowhere stated in the documents as what it was. I went back to ask about the discrepancy amount, and they told me it was a dealer's fee. After two weeks, an engine light they had turned off came on, and I ended up paying over 5K in repairs, such as an exhaust manifold and oil leak issues. However, those issues are understandable in "as is" vehicles. However, the low-beam headlights are not. I did not drive the car at night, and the two times I did it were on high beams. I did not know it was on high beam. I took the car to PB, and they informed me that the car was in a car accident and that they had put the wrong headlight in the car, which fried the fuse circuit board for the low-beam headlights. Queens Auto Sales did not tell me about the car accident or the light issue, which is illegal to sell a car without working lights. They are guilty of predatory lending. How did I get approved for that loan when I already had a car loan, several credit cards, and a mortgage? They must have lied to the finance company about my income. I went back to try and see if they would buy back the car from me for at least 4k. The market value for this car is 8k. They said they would give me 500.00 for it! I should not have done all the repairs, but I did not want to ruin my car-buying credit by voluntarily surrendering it. If anyone knows an attorney who can help me with this, I would appreciate it.
