So I pulled to the drive-through and ordered what was showing on the menu board, the four piece chicken rippers combo for $8.10. I told them I wanted it with a half-and-half, sweet tea. So I pull around gave them my payment of $8.37 and they gave me my order and as I pulled away, I see that there's no fries. So I pull back around and tell them I think they left the fries out and a different person besides, the one that took my order begin to argue with me and say "no that I only ordered the four piece and the drink and not the combo." well I didn't know there was any other option because it's a new menu item that's not on the main board. It's only a pro promotional poster to the side of the menu board and it's only offering the combo. Anyway, instead of arguing with her, I said well just let me buy an order of fries and she told me I'd have to drive back around. At this point, I went in and asked for the manager and she was not very helpful either. What would've hurt them to sell me an order of fries? even though they made the mistake and sold me the wrong thing? So I guess the moral of the story is that people do not care about a customer who is trying to spend their money and doesn't care about getting the order right or selling the customer what they want. read more
