Hello Bojangles in the hood! I'm driving on I95 and my wife is starting to get hungry. I said wait a second woman! We're gonna get some coffee and some Bo rounds soon. Pulling into the lot, I get hit up for a dollar? Walking inside I see a few older folks sitting and enjoying their breakfast. All of a sudden I have this loud jerky guy behind me trying to sound like Katt Williams.. I can see everyone on line cringing when he talks. I place my order and we sit in the dining room. Great place to have some comfort food in Lumberton. There were approximately 760 Bojangles locations in the United States as of September 2021. The chain is known for its great fried chicken, buttery biscuits, and a menu filled with Southern comfort food classics. Whether you're a fan of their famous Cajun-seasoned chicken or their hearty breakfast options, Bojangles offers a satisfying and flavorful dining experience. This particular location is on the south side of Fayetteville road right off I-95. It is a stand-alone building. There is a nice parking lot outside and they have a drive-through option for those visitors that want the convenience. Inside it has a good size seating area with booths around the sides and tables in the middle. You order at the counter and pick up your food when ready. Drinks are from a drink station next to the counter and include two different types of tea and soft drinks. On my recent visit, the inside was very clean, the staff was friendly, and their prices were reasonable. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience that I would recommend to my fellow travelers. So, if you're in Lumberton and are craving Southern-inspired fast food, this Bojangles outlet is likely to hit the spot. read more

If you haven't tried Bojangles BoBerry biscuits you need to make a trip asap!! The service is fast and friendly and they always make sure they are fresh and hot!! They just melt in your mouth makes me want to take a trip there right now!! I definitely recommend them and they get 5 for sure read more

I came here for breakfast on a Friday morning. I've been to many Bojangles in Georgia but never in North Carolina. We went to the drive thru. We ordered three cajun chicken filet biscuit sandwiches and also asked for strawberry jam. The cajun chicken filet biscuit sandwich wasn't as good as the ones I've had in Georgia. It didn't seem that spicy. They also forgot to give us strawberry jam. You definitely have to check your order. The staff were friendly and fast though. read more

Service here has gotten progressively worse and worse. Food is almost never right when ordered and employees have awful attitudes. Fries aren't in orders, they make you pull up and wait 30 mins for 'fast food'. Just awful. read more

1st time to go to a Bojangles. Food was great with good flavor for fast food. Service was very slow with disgruntled employees. (Minus two stars) Establishment was poor at best with dirty bathrooms, floors, lack of stock out front and cigarette butts outside everywhere. (Minus two stars) read more

It's a little run down and the employee I encountered for my order didn't exactly seem like she wanted to be there...I love Bojangles but it has to be clean and employees have to friendly. they never have chicken, i've been here 3 times in 6 months and all three times they said they were out of chicken. why are the employees still there if the chicken is out? what are they doing if they have nothing to serve? why are the lights on?, seriously just cut the power an go home so i dont waste my time, this place is very poorly managed, just knock the building down an start from scratch! read more

This bonangles is pathetic. After waiting 15-20 minutes to order we just left instead. The line hadn't moved at all and no employees had even spoke to the long line to apologize or anything. Nobody in the dine in was there eating food either. read more

Slowest service EVER! The drive thru was ridiculously slow, very few customers inside (I had time to go inside and use the restroom while my friend stayed in the drive thru line). Bathroom and dining area was clean. No honey, no jelly, no senior discount. read more

There is good & bad about this Lumberton Bojangles location. The good: it's right off of I-95 (on N.Roberts Avenue). Food was hot & fresh. The cashier was was pleasant and took my order correctly. For the bad: it took 15 minutes to get my order filled completely (10 minutes were waiting for the chicken to be cooked). At least it was fresh when I got it. Even though there were plenty of parking spaces available (at least 8 or 9 spaces I counted), the drive-thru lane was full wrapped around the building. All the way to the entrance at the main road. Not really sure why, but I was able to get parking right up front. It wasn't "fast food ", but at least it was fresh. read more

Most bojangles have a fast and accurate process but the one in lumberton beside Hardee's should be improved to the max for the poor service time and not having all foods cooked at the right time...bc if your just going to serve a certain amount of dishes at a time put that for me not to wast 30 min of my time for a 4 piece supreme dinner that only takes 12 minutes to fry(never coming back here) read more

I am local, and have had it with this location. Frequently, they forget part of the order, usually the biscuits. Today, I specifically asked if the biscuits were in the box. The clerk looked at me and said they were. I got home, and there were none. As well, both the order of coleslaw and dirty rice were only half full, and the fries were cold. There is another location in town, and I'm going to have to try that. If they treat locals like this, I wonder how tourists are treated!! read more

Consistently slow and can never get my order right. Food is decent when you finally do get it but be prepared to wait.

What a tease! Bojangles said that it opens at 5:30 a.m. here, and I showed up at 5:35 a.m. and it was still closed. No bueno!

Good food. I purchased the 2 piece Dinner Box, and overall it was pretty good! Only critique I have is that half of the fries had obviously been under the heat lamp too long. Seems like a recurring problem at this particular establishment. Been here multiple times before, always good so I can overlook this now. Just flip the fries once in a while please. They made us pull forward for our steak biscuit to get cooked. Ok cool. No problem. We ended up waiting close to 20 minutes Turns out they were making the fries, which ended up being undercooked anyway. Terrible place. read more

Tasteless food and a bad sanitation rating at 94.5 and when they miss place your order they make you pay for it again not get it for free like other Bojangles would they are messy and don't help there customers read more
