Absolutely amazing! We've never had Bojangles before being from Vegas and wow it's so delicious! We had to come back and try their breakfast and it's amazing. We went through the drive through both times and the lines don't take that long, especially considering they opened less than a week ago and their lines have been pretty long. We didn't have to wait for longer than 20 minutes either time. Will definitely be on our regular rotation when we feel like getting fast food! read more

I waited in line for 15-20 minutes, they have great customer service. All of the staff I encountered was polite and knew the menu. I ordered the chicken sandwich and fries., the chicken was just okay, however, the french fries were extremely salty and cold. Chicken is good just a bit pricey, around $13 for a 5 piece chicken no meal. If you want a large drink it's also round $4

The chicken is okay, but the biscuits are really good. However, for the price of the meal, I feel like it's a bit too much. Food was ok. All hype honestly. The staff was amazing from the cashier to the staff directing traffic outside. The chicken was ok. The biscuits....WOW. Delicious! It was soft, buttery and flaky! We loved the biscuits here. The peach cobbler was disappointing. It was a biscuit with some type of marmalade on top. I really like the way they cooked the food on October 5. Everything was fresh, the dirty rice was not mushy making me come back again on opening day. When I got my food the dirty rice was very mushy and the chicken tenders seem to be old. I was expecting for it to taste like the other day. This was our first time trying Bojangles and I was really excited to try it. They were really busy and even though we had ordered ahead there was still a bit of a wait and our drinks were wrong at first and when we informed the employee they seemed annoyed and were a bit rude before fixing the mistake. We got 2 chicken biscuit combos one with Bo-tato rounds one with seasoned fries & both with iced coffees a steak and biscuit sandwich, an order of southern gravy biscuits, a peach cobbler and an order of Bo Berry biscuits. Unfortunately we found most of it to be very underwhelming. I know it's fast food but I was still expecting a little more. Our chicken had good flavor but it had an off texture and was pretty dry and the biscuit itself was overcooked and salty. The steak sandwich wasn't much better. The Bo-tato rounds and the peach cobbler were both delicious and the southern gravy and biscuit was pretty good too. Sadly the fries and the Bo berry biscuits were inedible. Both seemed like they were leftover from the day before and the iced coffee was basically coffee colored water. We aren't from the area so I don't know if this was just an off day, and given its popularity I'd assume it was. I'll probably give them another try the next time we are in the area but this experience was not great. I would definitely go back for the peach cobbler though. As far as fast food dessert goes it was definitely one of the best ones we've had it was warm sweet and delicious without being too sweet. read more

Me and my wife went to try bojanhles for the first time, since we don't live in the south or the east, they finally brung it to the west coast in Las Vegas, we ordered 2 chicken sandwich meals. And I also ordered biscuits I requested honey and they gave me mayonnaise instead the Bo berry milkshake was disgusting and the food had no flavor the fries were dry and old and they're so called (signature sweet tea) was also gross just get a coca cola or a sprite i recommend going to places that are local like kfc or Popeyes, I do not recommend this place to anyone. After finding out that there was a Bojangles located in Las Vegas, I had to check it out. So far, I've had the fries, potato rounds, chicken strips, chicken sandwich, peach biscuit, and Boberry biscuits. All of them were good, the chicken sandwich and chicken biscuit were even better. The best thing about this restaurant is Miss Tia! She had the absolute best customer service, and she was very knowledgeable about the products/food that they sold. For me that is part of the best experience when I am shopping anywhere whether it be food, clothes, electronics, etc., that the people that work there Know what they're selling. This Tia was very helpful in choosing items on the menu. She explained to me that the chicken used for the breakfast biscuit and the sandwich had a different flavor as they had been brined and m seasoned differently. This led to their superior taste over the original chicken strips. She even informed me and upsold me on Bojangles seasoning. Did anybody know there was a seasoning?! Just got home with my food and gave it a try. So far, I love it! I ordered the chicken sandwich which came with fries and a drink. The chicken is so tender and it has a really nice flavor to it. It comes with pickles and mayo and a nice soft bun. The fries are nicely flavored, kind of thin steak fry style. I asked if I could get a sauce, because, I was craving something spicy (sauce doesn't come with the sandwich but does with the other menu items). So I ordered the creamy buffalo which I was happy to pay for. The sauce hit the spot on both my fries and the sandwich. It's a good size compared to what you get at other places. So happy that I'll have enough sauce for everything. As for other reviewers giving this place a poor score because all the other items normally on the menu are not offered, just know that they will be offered down the line because I asked. I've seen this at another chain that opened their first Vegas location and they also offered a limited menu at opening, adding items down with time. Keep in mind that demand will be high...long lines. Crew is new and they need to gain experience. The shear mass of food that they are putting out is amazing and the staff is handling it with a great friendly attitude. All I can say is that Bo knows chicken! read more

I waiting over a year for groundbreaking, then opening...30 minute wait for my order. I was disappointed. I ordered 5 tender combo with mac & cheese, and a separate side order of fries. After getting half way home I discovered I had no fries, I drove back and was given another meal. Thank you to the nice lady! I can overlook this, it's only the 2nd day they were open. But I can't overlook the food itself. It's disappointing they only have chicken tenders, where's the bone in chicken. The strips were ok, not bad but just ok. If I'm going to have tenders I prefer Canes. The fries I went back for were warm, over cooked, and extremely salty. The mac & cheese was salty and greasy. Overall, I don't regret going but I won't be returning. I'm still a Popeyes fan. And to top it off I didn't get the dipping sauce I ordered. read more

They got nothing on Popeyes chicken sandwiches or Raising Canes tenders, TBH. Their tenders hardly have any chicken meats. The batch of tenders we got was about 30% breading. The sandwiches are better because the sweet buns help cut the overly salted chicken. It's not worth the hype, IMO. read more

Today I tried bojangles for the first time in over twenty years after I moved here to Vegas from the south and I can tell you that it's even better than I remember. We ordered the chicken sandwich combo meal, and the boneless chicken tenders and they were delicious, with fast service. You can tell that everything is house made as all the chicken is hand battered and the biscuits are made in house. We also tried the Bo berry biscuits which are to die for as they are some of the best things I have ever put in my mouth. The dining area is clean and employees are always going around making sure everything is ok. Don't go to Popeyes, don't go to churches, don't go to KFC, go to BOJANGLES. read more

Bones are gone from Bojangles I was excited to see a "Bojangles Coming" sign in my neighborhood. Each time I wanted to get do a quick run through the drive-thru. It was always too busy & I didn't have the patience to wait. Tonight my son came home with a surprise of Bojangles chicken & biscuits. My first disappointment were the chicken tenders-they discontinued the regular chicken. The biscuits were good. But, the peach cobbler was the biggest disappointment ever! A half of biscuit w warm peach puree on top-perhaps 3oz & the price upwards $4 per serving. Unfortunately for the seasoned consumer we have perhaps 3 generations not really knowing good, tasty & wholesome food. Sadly the people are the new marketing whiz kids & even good directors/chefs. Most restaurants today lack the flavors of yesteryear that made the long standing restaurants famous. I could name more-won't do any good. Food is great but they are messing up everyone's orders. They do no not give any care to actually double checking your order. If you order anything here make sure you double triple check your order before leaving because they will not do it for you. I've came three times since they've opened and they have messed up my order 3 times. The ambiance could be a little more helpful as well. After having eaten at Bojangles over the year in varies states. We were very excited to see one open in Las Vegas. Unfortunately it only served chicken tenders only and not the usual bone in chickens. High prices but not the same. Hopefully one day they either bring back bone in or open another location by the Centennial Hill with bone in chickens. Until then we wont be making the long drive for Tenders. read more

The fires were the best part ( only 2 stars) . Tonight I decided to go try out the food for the first time not impressed . Pulled into the drive thru wasn't greeted by the employee outside , he didn't say welcome seemed liked I was bothering him . He basically just handed the menu to me didn't say one word . So then I said no it's okay thanks and I will leave he snatched the menu out my hand , which was pleased with . I have been going to Bojangles in Greenville, SC for years. Now that I am in Las Vegas, NV they just opened one at 9250 Rainbow Blvd. Went there today (2.23.25) and was VERY DISAPPOINTED. They only serve chicken tenders. The original Bojangles serves chicken thighs, legs & tenders. The Fries were VERY SALTY even though my husband requested no salt. The chicken fingers were VERY SPICY. You would think the chain would maintain the same menu no matter where they are located. First visit there and my last. Nice try Bojangles Las Vegas but you did not hit the mark. First of all, I want management to line up every employee and have them count to 12. The one that only makes it to 10 is more than likely the employee who only gave me 10 chicken tenders instead of 12. $41 with tax for a 12 piece tender meal is insane to begin with. The restaurant looks extremely clean and well kept. With it being a new store as well and corporate and management training employees everyone is doing awesome and making the food quickly and deliciously.
