ATTENTION: This review was from an order placed for pick-up at your Archdale, NC location, on Friday, March 27, 2026 and while the food was good, I almost didn't wait for it. My Husband & I were in this store several months ago and said we'd never go back; the kitchen/serving area is very NASTY! I went back tonight, hoping our last visit was just "a bad night" but it wasn't! I placed my order online at 6:31p and drove to the location which is about three miles away. I went inside, there was only one table in use in the dining area and there were four workers. I went right to the counter, no one was in front of me and I told the lady I was picking up my online order; it was 6:45p and my email said my food would be ready by 6:39p. The lady stepped in the back and when she returned she mentioned that the Supreme's "were in". I asked her if my order was ready, she said 10 mins. I was frustrated b/c the point of ordering online is having your order ready when you arrive. As I waited, two other customers came in separately, ordered and left with their food before mine was done and again, mine was supposed to be ready by 6:39p! I also took some pictures b/c what I was seeing was the same as our previous visit...VERY NASTY! Apparently this is "the norm" for this store as this is our second visit in six months and nothing has changed. Even though the food was good, we will not be back b/c no one wants to order/eat food from a filthy restaurant; there are too many other options! Btw, it was 6:55p before I walked out with my food. Absolute disaster. Everything about this location is terrible. I waited 30 minutes for my food from the drive-thru. When I got home and opened my box, my fries were not there. Also paid for extra sauce and did not get that. I have used this location several times hoping the first horrible experience was a fluke, but it wasn't. Will not return and do not recommend to anyone. Take your money elsewhere to receive better food and service. read more

After living on west coast and Hawaii fot last 20 years, one of the things I looked forward to was Bojangles after coming back home. Well DO NOT go to this one. Just left here...they aren't honoring deals that other stores are running, they were out of regular chicken sandwiches. Ok, so I accepted the Cajun one as a replacement..at greater cost...asked for cheese added. Pulled up. No greeting..just blurted the total out. Paid and received food...noticed three to four employees just standing around in back. Received food and pulled up to check my food. Sandwich didn't have cheese, checked receipt and was charged for it. Backed up and asked for it to be fixed. They pulled a piece of cheese out of refrigeration and threw onto sandwich and handed back. No warming up, no new sandwich. Then asked if they weren't going to warm it up and they said they don't do it there. Basically they didn't care. This is why Chic Fil A should always be the choice and will be moving forward. Bojangles is always a grate place to stop in for good fried chicken . I absolutely love that I can get breakfast here whenever as well. Only thing I dislike is how darn salty the fries are . It's legit 3-4 times a week I stop here in my way to work in Greensboro. They have made me late for work plenty of times. Just today I stopped to get breakfast. Ordered a bo berry biscuits bo rounds and a large drink. Had to pull up and wait 10 min for bo berry biscuits. Same thing happed Tuesday when I stopped to get breakfast. Right down the street from my hotel. How could I resist? There is something better about Bojangles in NC compared to other states. Typical location, and was fairly busy even at dinner time. I had my usual three piece dinner, this time with two sides rather than one. Usually I find the sides to be lukewarm at most locations. Not the case here, as both side were piping hot, in particular the dirty rice. Hard to go wrong with any Bojangles. I finally was able to get the time to try out Bojangles. There seems to be one on every other block here in North Carolina, so I figured it must be good chicken. I ordered a breast, biscuit, & side of mac & cheese. The chicken was delicious. The meat was tender and juicy. I didn't care for the thick breading, it seemed to be a bit much so I pulled it off. The biscuit was hard around the edges, the center was buttery, and when paired with some strawberry jelly was quite tasty. The mac & cheese had a weird aftertaste, almost like eating butter. I didn't eat but a few bites and decided to pass on finishing it. Overall,what you would expect for a meal under $5. Got the job done but forgettable. read more

This restaurant is Disgusting! I live in the area and I avoid it all together. The past 3 times I have gone they have either given me my food with dust or hair on it or not given me a item at all. It get quite busy at lunch so expect for a long wait which is not worth it so instead just drive down to Biscuitville. The staff are something else some are very good at their jobs and some just are horrible. I would give 0 stars if I could but I can't that how much I dislike this place. Understaffed. Super slow. There was a fair amount of costumers because it was dinner time, 7. They couldn't handle it.

We stopped in at 5 minutes before closing and were treated with the grandest of hospitality! The young lady who took our order was so friendly and accommodating. A young man named Charles even made us a fresh pot of coffee knowing that we would be the only ones to drink any of it. I gave 2 stars because the employees are always nice, but don't take out there, you could find the order is wrong, the fries old and greasy, the biscuit partly gone, etc. Rather than throw away the food they wouldn't dare serve inside, they just put it in a to go order.
