But besides that once I finally was able to place my order I was told that there's was NO CHICKEN and there was only milk and water available to drink. Don't come here unless you want shit food and service. After 6 hours of being in the car, my boyfriend and I were super hungry for something so we decided to come to this Bojangles. We ordered our food, all I wanted was the Bo Chicken Sandwich combo while he got the 4 tender supreme combo. They told us we had to wait 5 minutes before getting my sandwich but everything else would be out shortly. I sat after filling up my drink and watched my boyfriend wait for our food for 12 mins, for him to walk up and ask for an update on the food and they said another 5 minutes. Okay, whatever. The manager then came over and asked for his receipt for everything else we ordered. When we got to window, I asked if they offered military discount and they said yes-I grabbed my husband's wallet to get ID-they stated they didn't want to see mine, but his. I had the most horrible experience with this Bojangles. I order the chicken strips at the drive thru and, after I got home and ate one strip I thought to myself, "that chicken strip was unusually soft. I was working on my Computer so I didn't look at my strip while eating it. I took another strip from the box and pulled it apart and it was still cold and totally raw on the inside. That is a sure recipe for Salmonella Poisoning! I took it back and showed it to them. I felt sick to my stomach just knowing what I had eaten and the worry of me getting sick. I ask to speak to the manager about this and he did apologize. I felt that I had to report this to the County Health Dept. I did and, someone from the Inspections Dept. came and, I noticed that Bojangles were closed for a few days while all the staff were "being updated on their training." I got a call from the Inspections Dept. asking me questions like "had I got sick etc." I was so grateful that I hadn't gotten sick from this.
