DOV: Friday, April 06 @ 6:40am This store does a good lunch and supper business but their busiest time is in the morning for breakfast, the drive-thru in particular. When I was here, the cars were wrapped halfway around the building so I went inside to place a carryout order. There were four people in front of me but the line moved quickly and I was in and out in a just a few minutes; they were very efficient behind the counter. The drive-thru appeared to be moving along as well but I can't say for sure how well. The times I have been here I have found the place to be clean and well kept and the people to be exceedingly friendly and accommodating. The food is fresh and delicious like it should be. The lunch/supper is good (fried chicken, beans, rice, etc.) but if it is a chicken biscuit you like for breakfast, this Bojangle's has you covered (Cajun Filet Biscuit). Recommend. read more

Went to place an order at the drive thru, was met with constant inattentive attitude, making me repeatedly tell her my order instead of just listening. "Can I get XYZ" cuts me off in the middle of it to ask what I would like next. Told her I wanted both meals plain and continues to cut me off and ask the question I just answered smh ‍ Both Sandwiches I got were plain as requested but also smashed in and bo rounds were way over cooked. About 3 weeks ago, my husband and I ordered a gray biscuit at the Clemson Blvd store. First thing I noticed is the taste of the gravy. It was different with a twang and aftertaste. It was not good. Figuring it was a onetime thing, husband picked up gravy biscuits again today from Greenville Street store and the gravy has changed. NOT GOOD!! I am guessing Bojangles has changed vendors or brands of gravy. Again, the gravy has changed and has a strange taste. Will not be purchasing it again. read more

After ordering and waiting 20 minutes this is what I get I ordered a 2 piece dark with mash potatoes and Mac and cheese as sides .Chicken so hard and dark looks re dropped, got gravy instead of potatoes and 2 Mac and cheese looks horrible . the cashier was very rude giving attitude to each customer. We order our food and were waiting with the lady still murmuring about customers, another worker came up to ask us what else we needed and got it for us. However, the same lady kept trying to give us less food than we ordered, then saying something about us as we left. Very poor service from the cashier. read more

Just spent $40 on 2/10 chicken wings that I was told would take 6 minutes. 20 minutes later got my order and went home. Opened up the Buffalo wings and it had a big glob of buffalo sauce in the middle of the box. Only 3 wings had the sauce on them, the ones with the big glob of sauce. To start when we pulled up the lady on the mic was rude immediately having an attitude on mic with employees and people on the line ahead. I had to repeat my order multiple times while being constantly interrupted. My order taken was wrong and both my chicken supremes are missing fries and one didn't come with its sweet yea and when questioned the employee refused to fix the error. Went through at 3:30 on 7/22/23 and I was asking for a cup filled half way up for a kids drink and she laughed at me and said "we got regular cups that's it". The employees like to scream and laugh so loudly in the background that you can't even converse with the person taking your order at the drive thru. Well, that is, when you finally get to the drive through, which takes exactly 32 minutes from the time you get in line. This isn't because some person ahead of you ordered 2,316,236 biscuits. It's because the people working inside have bird brains and the work ethic of a 3 legged cat. Once your order has been taken, it will take about 23 more minutes to actually get to the window to pay. The time is shortened because 2 or 3 cars in front of you will get disgusted and leave to go somewhere else. So at least there's that. The girl at the window will NOT say "hello" or "how are you today?" -- She will simply bark out your total and stare at you; again, we are not dealing with the upper echelon of intelligence from these individuals. Once you pay, you will wait another 8.5 minutes to get your food. She will NOT apologize for the hour it took for you to buy 3 frickin biscuits. She will also NOT thank you for being a customer or encourage you to visit again--because let's be honest: she doesn't want you to come back. She wants to be paid her minimum wage to go giggle with her friends and act like hyenas. She doesn't really want to work. When you get on the Bojangles website to formally issue a complaint, no one will call you back, because no one cares. The owners just literally do not GAF about the service you are receiving. You would think that in the midst of a pandemic, when the future of any restaurant is on shaky ground, a wise businessperson would give extra attention to a report like this. Waited for 30 min in the drive through for 2 Cajun fillet combos. The last time I tried to come through at 7pm at night, they told me they were out of chicken.... YOUR WHOLE BUSINESS IS CHICKEN. Drive right by and go to the Bojangles on Clemson Blvd. This Bojangles is Horrible! Biscuits are either crumbs or burnt they are never done right. Double check your order unless you just got one biscuit something will be missing. read more

Friday at 6pm is a bad time to try to get chicken. For the past two months if I attempt to get chicken on my way home on a Friday, I am told they have no chicken cooked up. This is one of TWO Corporate owned Bojangles in Anderson - it is terrible vs. the old franchise owned one that closed in April of 2014 a few miles away also on Clemson Blvd. The look of this fancy new restaurant does not take away the fact the the food sizes are pathetic vs. the site that closed. I order a Big Breakfast and got two of the smallest pieces of bacon and a tiny scoup of eggs. At the old site I would get 5-6 large pieces of bacon and the entire front of the foam box would be filled with eggs. Also the on the chicken biscuits - there is NO option for the Southern Biscuit - only Spicy. This site is pathetic and needs to improved like the old site was - the old site was not pretty but the service and portions were much better. I went Though the drive thur Thursday Jan.16 about 8pm. Waited I don't know how long without anyone telling me to wait or taking my order seemed strange because there was only one car ahead of me and they wasn't busy. After finely ordering drive to window my food ready. She come to window to take my money scathing her head with her long nasty finger nails. I'm deciding if I should tell her never mind but I decide she may not have made my food. I pay her and she gives me my food without my drink. I wait and wait looking at her Ignore me while she stands there scathing her head. I sit there and she finely figures out she never gave or made my drink. Went to drive they this morning, grits were pure water, tried to take them back , but doors were locked and I didn't want another thirty minutes in the drive thru line.if they are not offering dine in service there should at least be a track can outside where you can place your trash after eating in the car. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst Bojangles I have ever been to. They are slow to get food to you, often causing you to wait at least 30 minutes if not longer for food at the drive through and I don't recommend trying to get breakfast from here. It's very hit and miss. They're supposed to open at 5 am, but they open and serve people whenever they feel like it suites them. I went by there just after 5:30 this morning and sat at the drive thru and no one spoke to get my order. As I was leaving I saw there was only one car there, so either one person was there or no one was there. I just went back at 7:10 am, there were multiple cars in the parking lot with one employee just entering and another girl letting her in. I pulled around to the order box and sat there for 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order and no one spoke up once again despite there being no one ahead of me. I'm just done with this Bojangles, I love the food but the service sucks. read more

I think the girl at the drive-thru window was on drugs! Seriously, not even joking. She got my order wrong. I asked for tenders, honey mustard, and a sweet tea. I got tenders, honey mustard and barbeque sauce and a water. She quoted me the wrong amount over the intercom, so I had to go digging for more money when I got to the window. I have no idea how much it actually cost because I didn't get a receipt. I'm thinking $6.20 is a lot. The service was at a snail's pace and the lady behind me blew the horn and drove off. The other cars were backed up around the building. It was around 11:10am, so I wouldn't think the lunch rush had even started yet. I won't go back there, even though it's very close to my work. I can't spend my hour hanging out in the Bojangles drive-thru and the food was just so-so. I never got sorry for your lengthy wait nor did I get a thank you.
