We needed tree service, which basically included removal of many fallen limbs, from very large to smaller, plus a few limbs that needed to be cut off of two trees. An appointment was set. Mr. Bohus was very prompt and was extra kind to call to confirm the day before and he also called on the day of service to let us know that he was on his way. Work was performed quickly, efficiently and expertly. Mr. Bohus also offered and was able to carry away an old bed mattress and frame. We highly recommend him and we expect to call on him again in the future. read more

I ended up having to finish the project myself and expend more funds as a result. The owner/contractor never answered my texts inquiring when he would be returning to complete the work. I sent him a bill for my expenses to finish the job and he never paid it or acknowledged receiving it. Nor has he volunteered to refund money paid up front for work not finished. Some of his work wasn't very good so I had to correct that too. I give this company one BIG ZERO for a rating. I don't care what past good ratings he's gotten. If you hire him don't pay him everything in the beginning even if he says that's his way because in the past he's been stiffed by customers not paying the full bill at the end. Also after having the trees cut down it took weeks for someone else to come in and pick up the trees they had cut down so it was over a month process it felt like to get 2 trees down and half ass job stump grinding. I would've rather paid a grand more to have it done right in the same week, and a great stump grinding job. But now I have to find someone else and pay another person to come and grind the stumps, and it pisses me off. So I won't have them do anymore work for me.

Not only did he complete the project in the planned time, but he went above and beyond in a number of ways including stacking our logs into different piles for future milling vs. firewood and lining the driveway with large excavated rocks. He even handled himself professionally when we had an unexpected visit from a neighbor who was checking in on the project. He agreed to take on the job, brought in specialized equipment to break through the ice, and communicated regularly and clearly about status and timing. The price he charged was in-line with what I expected; it's his availability and willingness to make room in his schedule that stood out. Seriously: this is how you build long-term customers.
