I absolutely loved what she did then so, when I returned over this Fourth of July week Denise was able to book me for a cut, color and brow shaping. She usually books up 2 to 3 weeks in advance but because of the holiday, and the shift in scheduling, she was able to fit me in. So grateful! Denise is gifted and can look at a person and tell them exactly what's needed to make them look their best. I decided to trust her because my hair had grown really long and she knew I wanted to keep the length. She did some beautiful framing around the face and used product that gave my hair a really high shine. I couldn't be happier. She also taught me how to blow dry properly and how to use teasing and a roller to give my hair some volume because it's very thin. She also had time to shape my brows properly. Not only that she's a great person to have "girl talk" with! I highly recommend her and the staff at Glo West. You Ojai locals are so lucky to have her. Update 7/6/2018: A reviewer below insinuated that I was solicited to write a positive review. This is not true. Businesses ask clients to "yelp" them all the time. My experience at Glo West was positive in 2016 and again on my return visit this past week. I took the time to write the review because I was very happy with how my hair and brows turned out. Kudos to Denise, who used to manage the coifs of the Hollywood set, and knows how to make a person look their best.

My hair was severely damaged from neglect and the hard water in Ojai I've been washing my hair with for two years. She was confident and efficient and within two hours she answers all of my questions, washed, dyed, cut and blow dried my hair. She highly recommends OLAPLEX and uses it at her salon, I've ordered their shampoo and conditioner and hopefully will be able to maintain healthy hair until I see her next. Such a well rounded hairdresser and business owner is highly sought after and so be prepared to adjust your schedule to assure an appointment.
