On Saturday 4/13 I had an appointment at 12:00 with Nicole at the Wildflower Salon. Nicole proceeded to apply last extensions to my current eye lashes. During the application everything seemed fine and Nicole's demeanor was friendly and welcoming. After the extensions were applied, they felt fine and I was happy with the service I received. However, that night I started to get a pulling sensation on both eyes. It felt as though there were 3 eye lashes scraping my eyeball. Every time I blinked or washed my face with water there was terrible pain. My eyes became red and irritated causing my eyes to water profusely throughout the day. The discomfort became so unbearable, I contacted Nicole on Sunday 4/14 asking her if this was normal. She said, "It might be stiff from the new lashes." I told her, "Okay I'll see if it gets better." The next day, Monday 4/15, I still felt the horrible pain in my eye lashes. I contact Nicole again asking if I could see her. She told me "There might be some stuck together and I'll check it out." I said, "Great I'll be there at 4:00 (PM)." When I arrived, she had a client who had bleach on her hair. Nicole escorted me to the back room while her current client is sitting. Nicole tried to figure out why my lashes are poking. She started to remove my lashes without my knowledge and while doing so, stabbing my lower eye lid with the tweezers. I told her that this was hurting, and she ignored my concern and continued to rush, pulling the extensions off. Once I realized what she was doing I asked why she was removing them. She advised that she was trying to figure out where the pain was coming from. I was left with half lashes off one eye. After realizing she was not going to put them back on, I advised her to remove the rest since I would look abnormal with less lashes on one eye. She then continued to rip off the extensions with some with my original lashes attached to pieces. I was in so much pain, I could barely bare it. She got angrier when I told her that it was hurting. I had never experienced anything like this in my life, I just wanted to get out of there as soon as I could. I then asked for the refund, I assumed I would be getting. She then said, "No i have to get back to my client and I am my own boss, so there is no manager to help you." and she walked off. I then said, "not even get a new lash set?" She then said, "Just text me we will see."(as she was walking to her other client.) I felt as if she I didn't matter and she got the money she wanted and that was that. I really wanted to have nice lashes and feel beautiful. At this point I would want a refund and go somewhere else once my eyes settle down from the pain and irritation.
I hope this can help someone else out there so it wont happen to them, and maybe help me get a refund in the process. I am just trying to hopeful for a great outcome of this.
Best regards,
