During our friendly conversation, Joe let us know this was a recipe made by him that he's honed over the years. Admittedly, when I think of Cajun flavors and/or cuisine, my immediate thought never thinks burger. So, I was skeptical. After one bite, though, I was a complete convert. A definite must-try! No complaints about the Catfish Po'boy. The sauce, seasoning, and spice level was on point. It was also served with a homemade tartar sauce that was tasty. As good as everything was, the Spicy Wings were the stand-out IMO. These wings are less - wait, nothing - like standard Buffalo Wings. They were more in the realm/world of an expertly piece of Southern Fried Chicken. To begin with, it was an ENTIRE wing - basically the size of your hand or the equivalent to about 9 wings. The entire tip, flat, and drum are fried intact, yielding a super crispy bite here, a juicy succulent flat there, finished off with a meaty, few bites of a drum. Nothing burnt, dry, or overcooked. Again, the meat was so moist, the crunch so satisfying, and the seasoning/flavor - beyond. I have to touch on the fact that the owner/chef seriously came across happy to be cooking for us in the midst of 100+ weather. The service wasn't over-the-top or gimmicky in the least. All of us thought and felt this person/food truck team was simply there because they genuinely wanted to be. Simply put - both the food and staff left us feeling good. :-) I'm only sorry I didn't try their red beans and rice or a couple of other menu items that weren't available at my particular time of visit. No worries though, because I'll definitely back.

The service was relatively quick, we were there in the middle of a work day. It's giving food truck vibes - you're in the elements outside, there were some bees, there's gravel on the ground, and I can imagine parking fills up fast when the food truck park is full of patrons. The picnic tables were clean and several trash cans were available nearby. We'll definitely visit again!

Refreshing.... To start..the menu is limited. Street tacos, burritos and quesadillas. They do offer elote. No beans or charro beans. Ugggh. Tons of drinks and they have tres leche on the menu but were out today. Double uggggh. The Street tacos were Devine. Tasty. Pure perfection. The chicken and pork seamed to be more seasoned and I'd wish the beef was a bit more "chopped". Their green sauce is perfect mixture of tangy and spice. Compliments the tacos extremely well. A major home run! A nice touch with the pickled carrots on the side and A shout out to the flour tortillas. I luv'd them! My sis got corn and she enjoyed hers as well. Finally, we both loved the Elote! A pleasant treat! We will be back!

My daughters tried the orange chicken, chicken lomein and vegetable Lomein. They also got some egg rolls. All of the orders were very plentiful for the price point. The curry was not spicy nor did I ask for it to be and it was very flavorful. It had plenty of chicken and tons of wonderful chunks of veggies and potatoes. My daughters all said their food was "incredible" and could not wait to go back again. We will definitely be trying some more dishes in the future. The lady ringing up the orders was very polite and made sure that all of the orders were accounted for and bagged properly.

They don't dish out a bunch of random, carnival-esque, fried "what-have-yous" - which is what I originally thought this food truck might be about based on the name. The whole concept and offered menu items are actually Lao-Thai Street food focused. To order, walk up to their truck, tell them what you want, and pay. You're then given a beeper, and once the beeper beeps, your order is ready! Grab your order & enjoy! Anyways, back to the actual food if you're not a newb. My Dad and I ordered: #1 Chicken Wings w/fries $11 (5 pieces) #6 Lao Sausage w/fried rice $11 + $2 (usually comes with steamed rice, $2 upcharge for fried rice) #7 Egg Rolls $7 (4 pieces) #13 Fried Potstickers $7 (6 pieces) Everything was so fresh, not greasy, and fairly priced. Nothing was too salty or spicy, but all had balanced and subtle flavor with yummy sauces for dipping. I'm assuming this is a husband/wife duo ran business. Either way, both people are so friendly and happy to interact and serve their customers with smiling faces and warm vibes.

Yum. Yum yum yum yum YUM YUM YUM…read more Okay, a few more details: Bite My Biscuit (BMB) made the trek to Lewisville to grace us with their presence at Witherspoon Distillery, and I'm glad they did! But boy, did they walk into a situation that really required 2 to 3 food trucks, and they were the only one... The line was long and the wait was longer, but I can't really fault them for that. Witherspoon had a bigger than expected crowd that evening, with some live music and a couple of events (including a Match.com event - that made for some fun people watching). Apparently BMB was told earlier that day that a large crowd could materialize, so they didn't really have time to buy extra food or prep much. But they kept smiling and were nice about it, and everyone went with the flow and it was fine. By the time we finally got our food (made to order for sure - took a while), we were starving. I got the burger (the brisket on a biscuit had run out) and my wife got the special (which I'm blanking on). Both were very tasty. The burger was maybe just a *tad* overdone and the patty wasn't big, but serving it on a biscuit-style bun with some yummy sauce made for a good, hefty sammich. With a side of fries that we shared - which were excellent - it was plenty of food. Value was pretty good, too, particularly for a food truck. I don't think I'd go as far as calling it gourmet like some people have, but it was good and were satisfied. I'd totally order food from the BMB truck again. Oh, and it wasn't exactly a truck - it's actually a really nice trailer. :) (See the pic someone posted.)

While both taco trucks were open by crew all opted for La Cocina De Ada. There is plenty of parking and some picnic tables and chairs so you can eat there if desired, which we did. The pupusa was a decent size, also nicely cooked and well filled with a crunchy cabbage slaw on the side. All in all a solid meal all for under $10. The service was friendly and relatively quick.
