The rib tips were so good and the sauce they use was super delicious . I went on a random Friday and it was not busy at all and I wish it was because honestly the place was delicious ! read more

Black owned business, sign me up! Small but mighty. This has become a personal staple when I'm in the mood for bbq. The consistency and quality never misses. I live in the city yet, will make the drive because it is always worth it. The food is always fresh, the workers are always personable and professional. Completely underrated yet deserves all the flowers and accolades. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. *of note, please be patient as they prepare the goodness. It's a very small team but your wait will be well worth it! read more

I may have to try this restaurant again because I see all the raving reviews, however, I was not impressed with the rib tips. I couldn't tell if they were completely done because they looked more pink than I would prefer. I ordered via UberEats. I'm new to the area, and the restaurant is about 15 mins away. I was super annoyed that I had also ordered some baked beans. Well they didn't make it in the bag, so the entire experience was annoying and bad. read more

I normally go to another bbq restaurant in South Holland but they were closed on Sundays, so I decided to give them a try. The customer service was great, they greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and gave me my order quickly. A plus! However, when it came to the food, I was not impressed. I consider myself a bbq connoisseur and I'm always looking for a good place for bbq. With that being said, I eat bbq without sauce so I can taste the smoke, the flavor of the meat. IMHO, if you properly flavor your meat and that's with any meat: steak, pork chops, and game meats such as, bison, venison, etc., then it will taste good with or without sauce or gravy. I had the rib tips and not only was I not impressed but my husband was not impressed either - his family used to own a rib place years ago and his brother worked for Leon's so we know what good bbq should taste like. The smokiness was good but with no flavor, the meat tasted flat. read more

Today, my employer catered a delicious meal from Bofill's BBQ. Everything was soooo fulfilling and tasty!! I'm definitely looking forward to visiting the restaurant and bar very soon!!! read more

BoFill’s BBQ& Bar - Mini Turkey Tips, Baked Beans and Refreshing Margarita - Barbeque Near Me - Oak Forest, Illinois

2nd review. Had a pickup last night. Rid Tip & Link combo again. This time I went with the Turkey links. Have to tell you, I'm confused now. The Turkey link was cooked perfectly and now I'm going to be stressed to pick Turkey or Pork next time. Tip we're again tenet & Smokey. I had a drink at the bar waiting for my to go order and again observed excellent customer service. The owner, his wife snd the staff treat each and every customer with a warm welcome. I watch the owner speak with a couple who he didn't recognize and he spent a lot of time make them feel comfortable. Great job. Took a half pan of rib tips to the New Year's party with our our friends. I think that gave them at least 8 new customers because they were excellent. Keep up the great work. read more

Turkey tips are the best I ever had!!!! Doesn't seem to get much business, though. Please patronize before it's gone.

It's definitely a nice laid back place to eat and listen to music and play bingo and win cool prizes

I love the rib tips the baby backs the chicken fingers. The fries are amazing, and they have great sides.! I love options and they have options! The service was excellent too, the ambiance is very pleasant and inviting! See you soon! read more

This place has really good bbq. I had a taste for some rib tips and they were great. I bbq at least 6-10 times a month and you can taste and smell the smoke in these ribs. Honestly didn't like the wings but the tips are great. As a person who bbq a lot I highly, HIGHLY recommend those tips. Going to try more items from their menu later. Everyone was friendly there too. Even the customers. I came to the wrong door and they showed me where to pick up food orders. read more

The Rib Tips were fresh and tender and the side were delicious. I'll be back to try something different on the menu

I don't recommend this place for their ribs tips. The best part of the order was the taste of the BBQ sauce. It's disappointing that there isn't any good BBQ restaurants in the south suburbs. These rib tips are very gristly chewy taste like the tips you get at GFC foods. read more

Food was great ribs, chicken, tips. Great service for phone in order. Food was very flavorful u could taste the hickory

My family really enjoyed our meal, the tips were tender and the link is very flavorful. We have been looking for a good barbecue restaurant in the area for a while and will definitely return. It was an added bonus to grab a drink at the bar while waiting on my food. Kudos to the great customer service! read more

The left front door is carry-out and the right door is dine-in. The carry-out has a small open window and the closed glass is a mirror. There is no bell to ring, so I looked thru the open window into the kitchen and saw nobody, so I waited for a couple minutes until I heard talking and then tried to get their attention. When the person talking realized I was waiting, he told the person who was eating in the kitchen corner "you have a customer"! Mac & Cheese is only served on Sundays for some reason and is dry and not close to creamy, especially because it's pretty cold by the time one eats it. The Rib-Tip Dinner is pretty small portions of two sides and the smallest portion of rib-tip I've ever had. There is just the smallest bit of sauce on them, if at all, so you NEED extra sauce on the side, which I thought I ordered but never got. I had to wait about ten minutes for my order with no chairs to sit down. All the time I waited, I heard a few people on the dine-in side talking while a child continuously yelled a conversation across the room! I wondered who would possibly want to come there to eat and have to listen to that for 45 mins! My order came to $23.10 and when I took the bag, it was feather light, so I immediately knew that I wasn't going to get very much, at least compared to other places I've been. Sadly, the attention seems to be to make the biggest profit possible for the smallest portion of food. The tips were unremarkable, especially with no sauce. Would be like almost four tips from Lem's or Sonny's. I would price my dinner at $15 and still making them a profit of at least $4.00. Another place that won't be around very long! read more

Excellent service. Staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. We ordered the large rib tips and a full slab of ribs. Tips were excellent! Ribs were meh. Plus, we ordered a full slab of ribs and that was only 6 ribs? Industry standard is 10-12 ribs for a full slab. Tips were excellent, so we will probably give those another shot. read more

The food (ribs, tips and turkey tips was amazing). Great staff and service. Nice bar! The owner ( Seth) was welcoming and personable. 1st visit was great and I will be back. Good to have a good bbq place in southwest burbs. read more

BoFill’s BBQ& Bar - Ribs & Tips Double Up - Barbeque Near Me - Oak Forest, Illinois

The food was delicious!!! DJ provided great customer service. I also loved the next door option where karaoke was going on.

Bofill's catering was phenomenal! We utilized their catering menu for my mom's birthday party. I'm telling you, everyone asked "who catered the food, it's so delicious"! We ordered Mac and cheese, greens and sweet potatoes. I emailed them to place my order and that was extremely seamless. Hassle free. I even had to adjust my order closer to the event and this was not a problem at all. They were able to deliver our order for an additional fee, but this was extremely useful because we were so busy setting up for the party. I was so happy everyone enjoyed their food! I'd definitely recommend Bofill's and would utilize them again in the future! read more

Food is very good. However, when I order the day before, and asked for it to be ready at 3 o'clock and it's not, that's a big disappointment. I got home and my order was not correct.
