Kristian, the owner, was initially friendly but not there for fence installation. Pedro and Juan who did install the fence did a wonderful job with the fence itself - everything except cutting the internet provider drop. Regardless of Kristian's stated "hand digging" the internet line was cut, though marked properly by 811/MISS DIG. I am an instructor and work from home and losing the internet was an unnecessary inconvenience caused by the company. Our family completely understands accidents happen, however, notice was given the same day damage occurred and the response to the stated damage and pictures we provided was extremely rude, dismissive and unprofessional. If you want a nice fence and don't care about dealing with rude individuals if your electricity, internet or gas line gets cut Pro-Line Fencing is the company for you. Also, just an FYI, we discovered after the fact that tension wire was NOT included (though we told the company the fence was to contain our dog.) If you want this installed at the bottom of a chain link fence be sure to ask. read more

We selected Pro-Line Fencing to enclose our yard on a property we own in Grand Rapids. The site was a mess, with many trees that had been removed to clear the fence line for installation. The scope of our project was complicated and seemed overwhelming. Kristian was most helpful and was able to assist in every phase of our getting the site prepped (major headache), fence installed, and even helped finish grading after. We had quite a mess with the stump removal, but the fence was installed properly and the extras and changes we made as the project went along were handled fairly and to our satisfaction. SO happy with our new fence and the proline team was so easy, quick and kind to work with. We also really appreciated that they were careful on our yard and after two full days of work, our grass and landscaping still looked great - they even raked and leveled the dirt that was dug up from the posts.
