We were lucky to get connected with Chrissy Lew from this company; let me cut to the chase and tell you that she is an absolute super start who went above and beyond in every way possible. To start with, she was able to get us a pocket listing (a house that hasn't been listed yet). If you have checked the Tracy market lately, you know it is a miracle to get a house at a reasonable price; the vertical pressure is just ruthless. She has contacts with various other agents in the area and is usually able to get appointments in a matter of hours. Furthermore, she is very knowledgeable during visits and points out things that normal folks (like me) are likely to miss. She was very involved in guiding us to make the right offer. Once we got into contract, we ended up with a couple unexpected issues and let me tell you, she was followed up multiple times every day with various people until we found a reasonable resolution. Selling 7 figure homes in Tracy is not easy but with Eric and his team it was the easiest, fastest, trouble free experience we have ever had selling a piece of property. My wife and I have bought and sold many homes in many states and we have never used the same realtor twice. We always finish the transaction after having to do half the work ourselves and wonder why we paid someone a 100,000 when we did half the work and no marketing plan, horrible pictures etc. With Eric it was completely different and to be honest enjoyable. It started with a discussion on what the sale price should be followed by a marketing plan. Once we decided on a list price Eric got right to work starting with some amazing pictures and photo walk though that actually highlighted the features of our home. Then La stepped in and started coordinating appointments to show the house and did an amazing job. Eric happened to be out of state on vacation and yet stayed in touch daily with updates. We started getting offers day one and we would go through each of the offers with the pros and cons from each of them . Almost everyone that was shown the house wrote an offer telling me that they qualified the buyers rather than showing our house to every looky loo in Tracy. On Day 5 after listing we decided on an offer ( over $100,000 above ask )with the help of Eric's professional expert advice . My wife and I were out of state when the appraiser came and La made sure to come and let him in and take care of what needed to be done. I can't express enough appreciation to Eric's team. I would use Eric and his team on any and all real estate transactions. Their knowledge, honesty and expertise in real estate is second to none. The team goes above and beyond with amazing communication (even when on vacation) We knew every step of the way what was happening and when it was happening. From start to finish was about 35 days. I would not recommend them to anyone. The realtor who sold my Home is Mireya Bojorquez. She lacks integrity, she does not act as a fiduciary, she don't listen to her clients. When we first spoke she ask me what was my goals. I told her I wanted at least 400k and at least sixty day rent back. I could the buyer who would give the time that I needed and she kept pressuring me on why I needed sixty days and telling me I don't I could move in 5. So I settled for 30 days and sold my house for less. My new house in not ready and I don't know what I'm going to do. I'm going to have to pay movers twice and try to find somewhere for my dogs to stay. I would not recommend her or her company to anyone and if you go with them make sure you take control of your sale because she is not looking out for you. Sold our home and bought our home using one of their agents Chrissy. She was nice, did a great job show casing our home to sell and helped us find our dream home. However during the whole time working with her she lied and promised us things at the end of our transaction that we never received. Chrissy Lew was AMAZING, just forget those other fruitless reviews. This is a Realtor who worked extremely diligent with me every step of the way. I was a very reluctant and untrusting first home buyer- doing it alone. That is scary enough. Although I did plenty of research myself & I found the dream home I wanted so I decided to press on. I hired Chrissy after I saw her at an open house. She was exactly what I needed - totally down to earth, not "in-your-face" and started giving advice and emails right away. Once I decided to hire her, I never thought twice. She went out of her way several times to explain things to me that others did not, she told me to email her at any time of the night with any concern, she showed me a different house - even on her day off, she literally put all my anxiety and fears to rest. She was exceptional and dealt with my anxieties rationally, calm, cool and collective. She took the time to understand my personal concerns and went WAY above and beyond. I got my dream home for less than the asking price- because of strong negotiations, and that alone saves me so much in the end. Chrissy pressed on with my broker to make sure my closing date had zero snags & I closed on the exact date I was supposed to. Chrissy even offered to help me move my belongings- what realtor does that!?!? I seriously was afraid for so many years to make this move after being in an apt for do long. Chrissy made my dream come true. I couldn't ask for an easier process and she was there through every step. She is kind, loving, compassionate, full of knowledge, and simply EPIC. I'm not sure what others went through with her, but I cannot even imagine Chrissy being less than professional. Treat people how you want to be treated and you'd be amazed at the response. If I could give Boehm & Associates less than zero, I would. I am the seller of a house that made the mistake of signing a selling listing agreement with this real estate company, or Christine Briggs-Lew, one of their real estate agents. She did things like schedule tours and open houses for my property without consulting me or finding out if I was available for them. I don't drive and have four pets I needed to remove from my house before these tours could take place. She made no effort to accommodate my situation. I asked her repeatedly to remove the lockbox she placed in my house with the house keys inside it, to no avail. I had to have a locksmith come and change my door's lock to ensure I felt safe and no one would show up and be let in for a house tour that I never consented to take place. In short, it was a nightmare. When I complained to the broker, my complaint was directed to the very person I was complaining about, or Ms. Briggs-Lew. It's like having the fox in charge of the hen house. There was no accountability whatsoever. Do business with these people at your peril. read more
