His knowledge of the human body, professionalism and bedside manner are second to none. I had a failed rotator cuff surgery with a frozen shoulder that had moved all the way down to my wrist. I was in excruciating pain and popping narcotics and sleeping pills like they were candy. It was a blessing that my husband booked me a facial for Valentine's Day and he happened to be working at the spa and had an extra 30 minutes that afternoon. Within that 30 minutes he had my wrist moving and pain-free. He began treating me, along with my chiropractic team, 5 days a week and we're able to completely unlock my shoulder which was supposed to require a follow-up surgery. He now treats our entire family of six and is able to provide house visits if we are unable to make it to his studio. The fact that he served our country for many years in the US Army, was recently married to a local school teacher, and has two beautiful toddlers are just a few more reasons to support his small business!

They checked in thoughtfully, adjusted as needed, and made us feel completely cared for throughout the experience. We will absolutely be back--specifically for Noel and Michelle.

Absolutely love Tatiana's massage therapy and have to give a shout out to Brandi and CC…read more Brandi gives the best most soothing facials and I always look years younger when I leave her. The products are light and effective. She's gentle and gives a great upper body massage. For full body massage, my personal favorite is CC, but honestly, I've tried several different therapists and it's always been very good. The salon keeps the prices reasonable and I love this because it gives me room to tip the therapists really well. It's really a win-win for everyone. Last I have to talk about the owner, who is probably one of the nicest people I've ever met. She works really hard to meet the needs of everyone and if you're ever not satisfied, she will rectify it immediately. We are so lucky to have this business in town.

I also wasn't even the recipient of the massage -- I had bought a gift certificate to Tatiana's Massage for a family member. Nevertheless I was reminded of my bad experience and am annoyed enough from getting spam texts to finally leave this review. My family member told me the massage was really weird, and they were almost certain that Tatiana was texting on her phone throughout a large portion of it. They said they thought they were going crazy because what massage therapist has the audacity to do that, but they were face down or otherwise couldn't see to confirm during the massage. They just repeatedly felt her attention drift away from the massage as she kept shifting to only using one hand. Then, after the massage, they were exchanging pleasantries before my family member left, and they said she seemed to get a notification on her phone and pulled it out from her apron to look at it DURING their exit conversation. They said that confirmed it that she must have been texting during the massage and they were not in fact imagining it. Tatiana seemed nice during my brief interaction with her when I was purchasing the gift card, but based on my family member's experience I would not recommend this service. It seems her practice has grown and there are other massage therapists working for her now. So maybe they won't be on their phones if you book with them, but as the owner she lacks integrity. There are tons of other great massage therapists in the area who actually deserve your business.

After a nagging lower back issue that lasted for months, I went to see Steven for the first time and after two sessions the improvement was remarkable. My lower back issue was creating deferral pain down my leg and obviously the back was aching. After each session there was dramatic improvement. Especially after the second. My only complaint is that he doesn't take insurance. But I have been to other chiropractors that do, and their treatment wasn't nearly as effective. I'm going to regularly visit Steven to prevent the issues I have had.

She came home raving about the massage and the adjustment she got. Then, when I found myself with lower back pain I decided to try him despite the fact that he has limited hours and doesn't play the insurance game (can't blame him). I was first impressed with this virtual receptionist. You just logon to his website and choose your appointment right there. I had an appoint scheduled for 3 hours later and showed up. He was a very personable person and seemed to know his stuff. He didn't have a huge staff nor claim that adjustments would cure colds or itchy feet. A big part of his treatment is soft tissue massage before your adjustment. Never one to turn down a great massage I welcomed the treatment. He has very strong hands and fingers and will warn you to tell him about pressure. Dr. Steve is very up to date on technology. You can even pay with Apple Pay and he will email you the receipt, which you sign on his iPad. Good experience.

Everything here is clean and everyone is respectful. You check in and they give you a water and a key to a locker. The locker rooms are clean and each have towels and a super comfy robe. After changing you get to explore. We started with the sauna which has a wall of Himalayan salts. It was packed when we first went in yet despite how many people were in there the room is completely silent. After the sauna we headed over to the cold plunge- they have two options, cold and cool. Probably about and 10-15 degree difference in temperature, both were perfect to plunge in after the sauna. Then we warmed back up in the hot tubs, which again they have two options, warm and hot. We also went into the steam rooms which were great for my husband who was congested at the time. The eucalyptus and steam helped him so much and smells great! There are also fire pits to sit by and enjoy and zero gravity chairs which are in a room with some wonderful relaxing music. The silence policy is very strictly followed which was amazing. I think my favorite aspect of this concept is that even polite courtesies which are typically expected when around strangers are not expected. Everyone is respectful without feeling the need to say anything. It's was so refreshing. There was only one group at one point of 5 young girls all enjoying the hot tub and chatting quite loudly ( we could hear them from inside the sauna) but seems like maybe someone said something to them because when we passed by them later on they were still talking but whispering. Other than that I don't think I heard a word from anyone the entire time. I just wish we had been able to get massages, we booked this last minute (our fault) and everything was full. Next time (and there will definitely be a next time) we will get massages! Yet even without a massage I still left feeling as though we had had one, that's how relaxed we were.

The massages were 2 out of 10, it felt like our therapists didn't know what they were doing. After massages, we wanted to spend some time at the facility. I forgot my face wash at home, so I asked a guy who worked there where can I find one. He said that their estheticians were gone for the day, but they might have something in front that I could buy. So I went to the front. I explained to a woman what I was looking for, she directed me to look in the cupboard but wasn't sure if they had anything available. There was no product that matched my needs. On my way back to the lockers, I encountered her again. I told her that I didn't find the product I was looking for. She said you pay $50 for entrance and you expect a face wash to be here??? I was stunned. First of, I paid over $400 for 2 massages. Apparently, they were running a promotion with discounted entrance after 4pm or something. Second of, yes, I do expect a good spa to have products available including a face wash. This was extremely unprofessional of her and it made the time we spent there unpleasant, like we were not welcome there because she thought we paid $50 for entrance. Never coming back. The employee needs to be held accountable for how she treats spa guests no matter how much they pay.
