My family member told me the massage was really weird, and they were almost certain that Tatiana was texting on her phone throughout a large portion of it. They said they thought they were going crazy because what massage therapist has the audacity to do that, but they were face down or otherwise couldn't see to confirm during the massage. They just repeatedly felt her attention drift away from the massage as she kept shifting to only using one hand. Then, after the massage, they were exchanging pleasantries before my family member left, and they said she seemed to get a notification on her phone and pulled it out from her apron to look at it DURING their exit conversation. They said that confirmed it that she must have been texting during the massage and they were not in fact imagining it. Tatiana seemed nice during my brief interaction with her when I was purchasing the gift card, but based on my family member's experience I would not recommend this service. It seems her practice has grown and there are other massage therapists working for her now. So maybe they won't be on their phones if you book with them, but as the owner she lacks integrity. He was a very personable person and seemed to know his stuff. He didn't have a huge staff nor claim that adjustments would cure colds or itchy feet. A big part of his treatment is soft tissue massage before your adjustment. Never one to turn down a great massage I welcomed the treatment. He has very strong hands and fingers and will warn you to tell him about pressure. Dr. Steve is very up to date on technology. You can even pay with Apple Pay and he will email you the receipt, which you sign on his iPad. Good experience.

When leaving I asked if the remaining gift card balance could be refunded to the CC since I wouldn't be back; they apologized and blamed staffing shortages for the noise. The lady offered a full refund to the CC which I appreciate. They never sent the refund. Following up a couple weeks later they ignored all the words in my email and only refilled the gift card, refusing to refund the CC. What a terrible place to not go back to. Lesson leaned: this place sucks
