I texted esther yesterday and she was able to get me in today. She is right down the street from me. She had a heated table, relaxing music, and gave me the ability to turn my head to the right. I used to go to a chiropractor. He would immediately press his thumbs into my sciatic. I would come off that table. He would pop my neck and I hated it, once it hurt for a few days after. I won't lie, 30 years of having my shoulders up around me ear was not easy to work out. Esther also told me that I walk on the outside of my feet which isn't helping my sciatica. I am always suspect of people and new situations. Her office is towards the front of the building. It is all above board. I never once felt uncomfortable.

I saw Doctors and they all said I would need various forms of surgery including major surgery. Before doing that I had the extreme pleasure of engaging Esther Sanders of The Comfort Zone Therapeutic Massage and I want to say that my left shoulder now has a range of motion that I haven't had in the last 5 years. During the session, she kept me engaged and told me everything she was doing and what the desired result of her action would be. I must say it was the first time that anyone dealing with my shoulder kept me that well informed while doing so. The result is as I sit here writing this review I am doing it with ZERO pain and a full range of motion in my left shoulder. Looking for someone that can make you feel great again, look no further than The Comfort Zone Therapeutic Massage and Esther Sanders, you'll be glad you did.

Since finding Palms Massage and Wellness, a family member has received a 30 min deep tissue massage and I have received a 30 min neuromuscular massage. Personally, I have a health career background and have had massage therapy in the past. She took the time afterward to recommend several simple daily exercises and encouraged me to try them consistently for 30 days to see how they might improve my well-being. While her English is fairly basic, Google Translate's conversation mode worked great for clear communication. Kira is a true professional--breathtakingly beautiful with a warm, nurturing personality that instantly puts you at ease and makes you feel genuinely cared for. A good friend spoke so highly of her that he shared her Telegram @kiramin01, which is how I decided to book my appointment. She operates strictly by appointment only, which I appreciated for the professionalism. She personally guided me through the entire reservation, payment was smooth, and she sent my approval code along with clear directions. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and led into a clean, well-prepared space. Her gentle touch and caring energy created a deeply relaxing atmosphere from the very first moment. The session itself was excellent, leaving me feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and more balanced overall. During a difficult divorce stage, this experience provided much-needed stress relief and emotional support that helped me feel calmer and more centered. I'm already planning my next visit and can't recommend Kira enough. If you're looking for a high-quality, professional massage experience with someone who truly cares, reach out and book with her ,you won't be disappointed.

When she finished with that customer, she came out of the massage room and asked how long I wanted, 30 minutes or one hour, I wanted half hour and told her I was paying with a card. We were standing at the desk and while she was running my card in the machine and she asked me if I wanted to put the tip on the card? I said yes, and she asked me if $40 for the tip was okay? I thought, she was making a mistake because the a half hour massage was $40, I asked again about the tip, and she said $40. I said total $80, with the massage and the tip? She told me "yes, if I wanted this" and made a quick motion with her hand, I'm not going to describe the motion, you can figure that out on your own. I said what if I don't want "that" she said "you can choose later and I give you money back" for the difference in my tip amount. I should have left, but she does such a fantastic massage, I stayed and got the massage anyway. This was the first time she ever made such an overt gesture of that nature, but I guess she was in a hurry and the other customer was getting ready to exit the massage room. The massage was awesome as usual, and I forgot about the refund and let her keep the full tip amount. I would have given 5 stars, but this unusual behavior/gesture while paying, before the massage made me really uncomfortable so the overall experience gets 3 stars.
