Love that they came to the cabin to do the massage. They came 30 minutes early so we were scrambling trying to get everything ready because we thought we had more time. It was first a little awkward as they could have had a more professional demeanor especially for the price of the couple's massage. When I answered the door he was not friendly. Neither introduced themselves. I had to take the initiative and make the introduction first. To me, they should be more friendly as to build trust and rapport. But during the massage their attitudes were better. My husband had a great massage. His person paid attention to the sheet he filled out where he asked for places to concentrate on. My person was not so great unfortunately. She didn't pay attention to the places I requested and she did mention she was tired. I guess it was a sloppy massage. read more

We didn't have to do any of the heavy lifting as they were more than happy to move furniture & accommodate our set up wishes. We had already booked 6 people for massages and facials. Mindy the owner/manager wasn't supposed to be working that day but filled in for someone. It was a God thing. Mindy has experienced migraines herself and she knew just what to do. She worked on my head, neck and upper back and got the migraine to stop. I can't thank Mindy enough. Booked a $250 massage with facial "treatment ". It was the worst massage I have EVER received. Actually, the worst oil rub down I've ever received. Emily asked what I wanted worked on and even gave me a sheet to show her by circling the areas I wanted to to concentrate on which we're my upper back and neck. After putting an orange clay mask from the dollar general on my face she put oil on my arms and legs. There was NO MASSAGE involved. She basically rubbed oil/lotion on my body with NO muscles touched or released. I was waiting patiently for the massage to start while the mask was on my face. The mask was removed with the dingy dirty looking rags she brought. Said she needed to use my sink to warm up the towel because her towel warmer was stolen. This took a long time and cut into my "massage" time. She then proceeded to rub oil over the rest of my body with ZERO massage!!! I was so confused. She then got to my back and literally burned me with the hot stones that she plugged into the wall. When she got to my upper back she JUST RUBBED IN OIL no kneading, no massage no muscle tension worked on! For my shoulders she actually karate chopped them for 10 seconds each, Not kidding!!! No kneading, no concentrated massage on the areas I asked for. Emily also talked me OUT of the skin exfoliating. She said it would make a huge mess and that a lot of people don't do it because they don't want to clean it up and with how expensive the Broken Bow cabins are, she didn't want the scrub to ruin anything. Mind you... I paid for this service! Bring a sheet to put under your Massge table for any mess. That shouldn't be the customer's responsibility. The website also states that they are observing COVID 19 regulations. Well, after Emily's 5th coughing fit then touching me again (not washing her hands) and wasn't wearing a mask I had, had enough. Not to mention her yawning and one handed massage while standing beside me as if she was bored. Let's move onto payment! They ask for 1/2 down when you book appointment. I have no problem with that. But to get an invoice the day before your service for the other half and asking for a tip prior to getting anything done is not professional. I did email the company letting them know I wouldn't be paying the other half until after my service. I never heard back. I got another email the morning of my massage package so I went ahead and paid the other $125.00 but chose to not tip on the Vargaro site. I had cash and was prepared to tip when the service was provided. Before I even had the chance to tip Emily ( even $10.00 for her drive out to the cabin) She asked me if I had finished with payment and tip on the site as she was taking the sheets off the massage table. Emily, you shot yourself in the foot. I would actually love to see a copy of your Oklahoma Massage license. This woman had no idea what she was doing. It was not a massage, it was not a facial treatment. My husband could have rubbed oil on my body with no massage better than that! She then told me that she was very busy (while coughing) and had to go back to the house she was house sitting to refinish the cabinets. Are you a carpenter or masseuse? So, I NEVER got a massage, she did NOT concentrate on my upper back, neck and shoulders and NO exfoliation AND I was burned up and down my back from the hot stones. Don't waste your hard earned money on this company. I wasted 2 hours of my life I cannot get back. RUN DON'T WALK! I would love to upload pictures of my back but my phone was dead and therefore so was my camera. This place is seriously the biggest scam. I have never been asked to pay 100% up front with a 20% tip for anything! And as for the tip..... Go back to school Emily and learn how to do a correct massage. That's your tip. Use it well. I should reach out to the licensing department to make sure they are aware of this company. read more

When Geri arrived at the cabin, she also listened to my health issues and made suggestions, if needed. Then, Geri, got to work. Within minutes of starting, Geri found issues I wasn't even aware of. The massage was so great. Geri knew exactly how to deal with my issues, always making sure I was feeling good throughout the massage. I am completely heartbroken. My husband and I along with two other couples booked couples massages with A Servants Hands Massages. My daughters sitter called us urgently back to Fort Worth due to our 4yr old breaking her arm. We called Cindy to notify her that we had to cancel our 1pm appt. She stated she understood and would not charge out card. An hour later my sister called me stating A Servants hand rep came to the cabin and asked if they had a 1pm appt. My sister told her no they left. So I decided to check our account after and A Servants Hand charged our card $200. I'm upset that Cindy lied to us and even more upset that the $200 can not go towards my daughters hospital expense. If you have family do not book with them . They apparently do not care about unforeseen circumstances and will lie to you just to get money. Thank you for your unprofessionalism and inhumane treatment. Definitely going with the other massage service next time. read more
