We were greeted and immediately ushered to our fabulous, huge room that was so cozy and inviting. Our therapist, Ashley was so sweet and thorough. She explained everything we would experience and ask if we were comfortable with everything we would receive. Down to the smells, oils they used, and scrubs. The beds were warm and had music piping inside them. It was heavenly! Thunder storms playing and this light sound coming through the beds. Massage tables in general are uncomfortable! These were full beds that were super comfortable. Started with a hot oil and head massage-it was super relaxing. Then, scalp massage was incredibly satisfying. Next, was a facial massage and clay mask. Face massage opened up all of my sinuses, also unplugged my ears. It was euphoric. After the mask was applied, face was wrapped in a hot, eucalyptus and spearmint towels. Mouth and nose were fully exposed. Then started the neck and upper back massage which we had a full body scrub on back, legs and feet. Our legs and feet were wrapped in hot towels. Ashley worked hard on the arches of the feet. Hot stones were applied all over the body. Very relaxing. After massages were over, we were provided slippers, a soft robe and escorted into a quaint, living area, where we were brought a hot fudge, brownie, chocolate covered strawberries, and cucumber, and lemon water. The house was beautiful, secluded, calm; the living area had a permanent Christmas tree! I love Christmas with all my heart so this really got my endorphins going! We live in the Dallas area and get massages regularly, so we have a lot to compare it to. They brought everything needed and offered to move things around in order to set up because we had a small space. The massage itself was incredible. The pressure was perfect, and they worked areas that many massage therapists usually miss. It was one of the most thorough we've had and truly felt like a full-body massages. I highly recommend booking with them! I also saw a review claiming the therapist isn't licensed so I questioned this, and during our visit he actually showed us his license, so that claim it's a bogus review. Thought it was worth mentioning bc I know bad reviews can turn people off and they don't deserve that. Everything about the experience was professional and we will definitely be booking again if in the area.

We had a group of 9 girls, we pre-arranged all the services with the owner and showed up at 12:45…read morefor our 1pm-3:45pm appointments. When we were "greeted" they asked us to take a seat and relax, but we were not shown where all the amenities were or where to wait. We were never asked to sign waivers/contracts AND NEVER asked if we had allegories before facials or massages. We took a seat in the main waiting area, and then they called two of our girls for their massages. We had to grab one of the workers to show us the red-light room, steam, and sauna areas because we were told we would be able to use those while we waited. Mitzy honestly redeemed the initial interaction with her hospitality - she showed us around and grab us some non-alcoholic champagne. She then tried to grab two other girls for a facial, but quickly realized she had no idea what we had booked and neither did we. Upon trying to look at the website to clarify services, all of the options we were initially presented with were completely different. Furthermore, the communication between the owner and the staff was absolutely terrible, and the communication between staff and customers was worse (besides Mitzy). Everyone's massages (although booked the same) were different. One of our girls actually got exposed for a prolonged period of time while getting her massage for no spoken reason. The facials were using products from amazon, and were subpar for the price. There were multiple instances where staff was overheard saying "what's a 20 min scalp massage" "what add ons are you talking about" "eucalyptus and hot towels, whatever that is" to each other. They had no idea what the services on their website were or how to provide them. Myself and another girl had placed our clothes in the corner and when our massage was done they said "sorry we're out of robes, so just get dressed" and the girl and I were left to figure out how to give each other privacy while retrieving our clothes. Upon checking out there was multiple discrepancies in pricing. Two girls got the same services and one was $130 dollars and the other was $250. This place is a joke, feels like the owner got a couple of friends together and was like hey I need you to work today for me. The owner actually asked us to leave a good review because the last bachelorette trip they did left a bad one. While I would love to do that for a small business, I do not recommend going here, especially if it's for a group bigger than 2 people. Go somewhere else!!!!!
