I took my measurements and weight prior to my work out and will do this for a month ( 3-4 times a week) and post my results. Affordable for unlimited access too.

A Rave Review & Strong Recommendation for Team Fitness…read more On behalf of Jorin Wolf..................I joined Team Fitness over a year and a half ago, and the benefits I've experienced have been immeasurable. My posture, my health--just about everything--has improved, and I genuinely love going. Every single session feels worthwhile. One of the things that sets Team Fitness apart is the incredible attention to detail. My personal trainer, Sue, watches me like a hawk to ensure I'm doing every exercise correctly and safely. In all this time, I've worked hard, broken a real sweat, and never once been injured. That speaks volumes about the quality of training and oversight. The gym primarily serves people 50 and older, and while I'm one of the older ones there, I know this experience is helping keep me young, strong, and balanced. I focus a lot on balance training and weight work--weights are the fun part! Balance is more of a challenge, but the results are undeniable. Now, I can confidently run up the middle of a staircase without holding the railings, and I don't hesitate to climb a ladder when needed. Beyond the physical benefits, the atmosphere at Team Fitness is outstanding. The morale is high, the space is always clean (which is a big deal to me), and the people--Mike, Pam, and our wonderful leader Liz--are all fantastic. I'm proud to be a part of this team and wholeheartedly recommend Team Fitness to anyone looking to stay strong, balanced, and active.

A place where you are valued. It was also very important to me to know that the trainers would work with all of my limitations, and work to strengthen both my body and me resolve. I believe I have found that with Team Fitness (Tutt Street) here in Kelowna. Coach Liz (the owner, and the first person you meet) embraced my desire to be a better me. Coach Sue (my day to day trainer / training partner) is changing and growing my workout sessions to align with my improvements. Basically the closer I get to becoming a stronger me, the more she challenges me. That is PERFECT!!! My advise to anyone who is looking to get into training or get back to it, whatever the case may be - CALL or Come in and see these folks. You will be pleasantly surprised by the immediate and personal attention you receive. No one can make you do it, but honestly if you have any desire to become a better YOU, this is an Excellent Place to start.
