I looked over their contract and removed a paragraph charging an annual "building maintenance feed," and I removed the autorenewal clause as well. The employee signed the contract. Then the manager (without telling me) tore it up and put an unaltered contract on my account and lied and said "signature on file." I had to threaten him with litigation as I'd taken a photo of the actual signed contract, to get his collection agency to back off. read more

I was in town for the holidays visiting family and Bodyplex allowed me to workout the day before and after thanksgiving day at no charge because they knew people would be in town visiting. They charged me 10 per day after that. The gym is clean and equipment works well. The front desk staff was very friendly. Thank you for allowing me to keep my goals while visiting family without charging me a crazy amount! I appreciate it! read more

I joined Bodyplex of Jasper. GA a couple of weeks ago and I am very impressed with the owners and staff's friendliness, courtesy and knowledge. Yesterday I was there trying to use one of the many treadmills there and, since I have to use oxygen when I am exercising, I put my oxygen concentrator on the floor next to the treadmill and this kind lady who was using the treadmill next to mine helped me hang the oxygen concentrator off the floor properly and also helped me understand how to use the treadmill correctly. Later I found out that she was a member of the staff. I am very appreciative of the kindness and expertise of BodyPlex employees, read more

I recently started going to Bodyplex a couple of months ago. I absolutely love it. Everyone is so kind and make you feel so welcome. I go about 4-5 times a week and it's never to busy. This gym is amazing because there is plenty of machinery and they have a smoothie bar. I definitely recommend this gym its absolutely amazing! read more

The desk person couldn't hear me. She mixed up our order. I wasn't asked if I wanted a drink. It was just added. So why advertise $9.99 buffet and then charge $13?? Just ask if people want drinks. I don't drink sugary crap from dirty lines in a machine so they got $2 from me. And then pressured me to tip. So enjoy the extra money.. Food was decent. Would love to see the ingredients disclosed. Pretty sure all the dressings are seed oils and no dairy or actual ranch or cheese in them. They have a huge arcade area. No coins. No tickets. Just a card you have to trust gave you the right amount. It's decent for a buffet and arcade. May come back. But would make sure they don't just add on things I didn't ask for.
