Wrong, it was needed, and I was told the wrong information. Left a message about this and was called back only to be dropped. Waited for the return call but it never came. Billing: I was billed for alcohol test which wasn't normal and wasn't asked for. I've had 4 doctors in my last 4 visits. Hard time holding onto staff. Dr. Brown was recommended to me by a new acquaintance and I will be forever grateful. Dr. Brown listens. He is attentive and thorough and respectful. They no longer answer the phones (every time I've called) and want you to leave a voice mail or switch to their texting service. Do you know how long it takes to make or switch an appointment using a texting service? No, they do not answer the texts right away. I finally gave up and sent a message to cancel my appointment. I found Dr. Rodriguez at a practice 20 minutes away and will move my records to his new office. Too bad as TrueCare, or shall I say HealthyU Clinics, was less than 1/2 mile from my house.

When we refused that option she said she could run a vitamin deficiency test.. all we did was ask how much that would be... then the next thing we know, we're practically being pushed out of the room saying we're all good and need to leave... yeah what about that test???? This is why healthcare in the US is so terrible.. we pay $400 a month for insurance.. then $80 just to get 10 minutes of the doctor's time and to be told there's nothing she can do... just for asking how much it would cost.. they just want your money and to get you out of there as fast as possible.
