I bring it back to see if they could do something about the faulty protector and low quality screen and he tells me there's nothing that can be done. I even see them going through and shaking up all the bottles of polish to keep them from separating while they sit on the shelf! The staff is always happy to help and suggest products when needed. The prices here are a little higher than some other local stores that I've been to. For example, a duo set of DND gel/lacquer polish is $10 here whereas I've found it for $6-8 at another store.
