The machines aren't old but there are better ones out there. The spin class is done in front of a screen- no instructor. Pool is nice but small. * I just changed my rating from 4* to 2* because the treadmills were breaking down and instead of getting new ones, they got replaced with OLD treadmills. Who does that? That would never fly in a bigger city where there's more competition. For $49 a month, I think the customers deserve better than that.

That said, let's talk about the music. It's like the playlist was curated by someone who time-traveled from a middle school dance in 2004. Don't get me wrong, I love Mr. Brightside as much as the next person, but can we sprinkle in something newer? Maybe Beyoncé? Or at least throw in a motivational speech from The Rock? Also, the free weights section is a bit like the jungle. There's always that guy grunting like he's giving birth to a dumbbell, but hey, it's a gym. Live and let lift. Overall, Anytime Fitness delivers. It's not fancy, but it's reliable, convenient, and no one yelled at me for eating a protein bar mid-squat. He takes care of the gym like it's his own child and puts in all the work to show it. He is constantly asking me and my boys what machine we like and what we would like to see in the gym. He is expanding the building upstairs and putting in RED LIGHT THERAPY, MASSAGE BEDS, ADDITIONAL TANNING AND MORE SAUNAS!! He's ordered a couple new machines over the last couple months and has taken his time relocating equipment to ensure a thought out and quick lift if necessary. The cleaning lady is constantly moving around and making this gym spotless and does a great job at doing so.
