We picked up our car today from ALLSTAR and I must say we were thrilled with the job they did…read more Dave and his crew are courteous and professional. Kept us informed about how the job was going and was there to let us pick it up on a Sunday. I hope we won't have to do business with them again but if we do this is the place we'll come. I would and will recommend Dave to anyone in need of having their car repaired. Thank you Dave and crew you're great.

Brought my truck in was given a price and told them when I needed the truck they said no problem…read moretwo days before the truck was supposed to be finished they had me come back to tell me I needed more work and it would cost more . I was a little suspect so I took it to Gabe's Collision they gave me a estimate that was a thousand less they put it through insurance and someone ran into it in the parking lot all but $500 was covered they did an amazing job and it was done the day they promised. I really felt confident that All Star Collision and how they're going to take care of me and have my car ready and then it just kept coming back to well I think you need this I think you need that I think you need this and it's going to be this much more even though it should be more etc etc . Gabe's Collision was very professional everyone was in uniforms someone come out assessed my car gave me a written agreement within 25 minutes couldn't have been more pleased with them.

When I got my first car it needed some repair, but I was a college student with a tight budget…read more Chris really listened to my concerns about my budget. He would find a way to word or express what was wrong with my vehicle, how much the parts would be, and what the estimated total would be with labor in an easy way for me to understand without making me feel like a moron (like some mechanics have done). He also helped me plan along like "well if you need to wait a week til next paycheck you could drive it but I wouldn't do more than that." Or when her frame gave out and he had to tell me that the cost to fix it would be more expensive than just getting another used car. At Vics you can really tell that Chris and his team put their customer's first and I'll keep going back to them for services. Affordable, respectful, and communicative, Vics is the place to go and has my HIGHEST recommendation!!

Please read the pictures that are labeled 1-5…read more.. Scheduled an appointment for 1. tire rotation, 2.wheel balance, 3. Check struts/suspension and call me with opinion, 4. a wheel alignment if it needed it from #3 . 5 oil change , waited my week and half. Took it there early at 8am on Monday . Wrote on a piece of paper and placed it on my dashboard before I turned my keys over stating the above things as well with my phone number in #3 for calling me about struts/suspension. I get a automated text around 1pm saying my cars done. So no phone call the whole time!Go pick my car up they tell me $450 and they replaced the ball joints tire roto and balance(but they didn't put balance on the receipt because they don't charge?) wheel alignment and oil change. I paid cash just upset cause a silent anxiety attack. I drove home 15 mins away on the throughway doing 55-65 with flow of traffic and my car/steering wheel/tires are shaking and vibrating worse. Immediately slowed down to 50 got home and parked it . Couldn't sleep even sent a text back to the automated number at 6am upset that I paid $450 for work I never authorized. Also seen balancing wasn't on the receipt . I called at 8am when they opened and said what happened to me and if they forgot to balance the tires because it's not on paperwork. And idk who but told me they don't charge for it so they don't put it on the receipt ( yet they're doing work to my car, not documenting it) and to drop it off and will take 40 mins.. brang it back for them to fix and when I dropped it off , the older gentleman on the left lift he didn't seem in the best mood and sorta just hung my keys up and kept working I told him I parked it on side street and left. I had to call them 3.5 hours later saying what's the deal and . They told me ohh yeah it's been done you can get it whenever. (Again didn't call me) Picked my car up didn't even close the door from my mom dropping me off and Chris the owner I believe told me yeah check it out we looked at it is seems fine we drove it around . You might've threw a weight idk how fast you drive, Take it for a spin back on throughway and let me know what you think . I said ok cool cool thanks I'll bring you guys a pizza for looking out for me. The rest of review is in the pictures labeled 1-5
