I opted to try the shockwave treatment and had no problem tolerating it. The therapist ( I'm sorry I cannot remember his name) was very gentle and careful. They did not tell me pricing and since I did not ask I can't complain how expensive it was. They do not accept Aetna so I had to pay full amount.$$$$ Two days later I receive 2 coupons from them offering a free consultation and X-ray valued up to $245. I just paid double that amount. Their pricing is absurd it out of network So unfortunately I will not be returning

After stem cell treatment on my right knee (March 2021), I signed up for Aquatic Therapy at One to One (Boca Clinic). Lucas treated me with the highest quality of physical therapy in a heated pool; his expertise in Aquatic Therapy is second to none! He was extremely patient and knowledgeable with guided exercises in a heated pool. Firsthand, I learned how the warm water allowed me to move my knee with increased flexibility, less pain, and a broader range of motion. I loved every minute of Aquatic Therapy; I hated getting out of the pool at the end of each session! Unfortunately, the stem cell treatment did not kill the pain in my knee. As a last resort, my orthopedic surgeon recommended a complete knee replacement. Successively, I received a total knee replacement in March (2022). Since then, I have received ongoing physical therapy two times weekly from Dan (One to One, Boca Clinic). I can't rave enough about Dan! He has greatly enhanced the restoration of movement in my knee since the first day of my treatment with him (March 2022). His combination of therapeutic exercises, assisted devices, and manual massages significantly increased my recovery process. He is quite skilled in easing inflammation, minimizing pain, and safely treating different tense areas. He has also optimized my recovery by identifying specific movements and recommending helpful exercises at home. In addition to Lucas and Dan, many others influence the highest quality of care at One to One. As you walk through the front door, you are warmly greeted by a talented team of professionals. The receptionists at the front desk go the extra mile to schedule sessions around individual work schedules. Under the guidance of Zelinda, the level of care displayed by Physical Therapists differentiates One to One from all others. I was evaluated by a physical therapist named Jorden, who told me I needed therapy three days a week for the next six weeks. She even chose the days and times for me -- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8:00 AM -- and walked me to the front desk to have the appointments scheduled. The problem was that no one was at the desk, so she said she would hand the paperwork in and told me to call later to finalize the dates. When I called that afternoon, I was shocked to find out that they only had one single appointment available -- Friday at 11:00 AM -- completely different from what was planned. They had nothing available the following week except for one Wednesday. The scheduling staff kept contradicting themselves, first telling me they must follow the physical therapist's order of "three times a week," yet they could only schedule one appointment. Then they said they could only give me "whatever availability the therapist has each week," which still didn't match what had been arranged. This entire situation wasted my time, delayed my therapy, and put my recovery at risk. When you're recovering from surgery, every day matters -- and this level of disorganization is unacceptable. I'm very frustrated and want others to be aware: be careful choosing this place, because the lack of communication and scheduling problems may absolutely set you back. I normally don't leave negative reviews, but my experience at Gloria Drummond Physical Therapy was extremely disappointing and needs to be shared. After trusting them with my post-surgical recovery, I was met with poor communication, lack of professionalism, and inadequate care. The staff showed very little urgency or concern for my condition, and instead of receiving focused therapy, I often felt ignored and brushed off. What should have been a supportive and therapeutic environment felt rushed and careless. Their lack of proper guidance, follow-up, and treatment consistency made my recovery more frustrating than it needed to be. Patients deserve to feel safe, heard, and properly cared for--especially after surgery--and unfortunately this facility did not provide that. Called the center in East Boca Raton and was told it was likely a week before I could see anyone and they would have to search for a doctor who takes Aetna insurance and they were unsure of when an appointment could be set if they couldn't find a care giver. I hung up the phone realizing making money is the only thing on their agenda. I will file a complaint with the state of Florida for such deplorable medical service. Getting medical help should NEVER be this complicated.
