We have watched our…read moreson go from a little five year old who struggled with confidence and coordination, not only gain those but strength and a great character as well. Just the other day, he held the door for perfect strangers thanks to his training in courtesy. Now, not only is he a Black Belt, but he has the confidence and athleticism to go out in the community and try other sports and activities. As for me, it was a place for me to make a goal and achieve it to get my Black Belt and to compete. I have discovered that I have more strength and athletism than I ever even knew I possessed. King Tiger is a place to reach your goals and surpass your full potential. Now, the time has come for our family to leave Goldsboro, and it breaks my heart that it is all coming to an end. No matter where we go or what we do, King Tiger Goldsboro will always be a part of us.

I frequent here because of the gym. The membership is more than affordable (almost a steal), and the center is always well maintained. The gym isn't the biggest or fanciest, but it has everything you need to keep in shape. The rec center also offers a myriad of athletic programs (basketball, softball, soccer, etc.) for both the younger ones and the not-so-young. I highly recommend checking this place out!

Dirty kitchen, 5 opened pizza boxes in the oven, Food on counter, refrigerator full of their personal things and just filthy, microwave and Ovens looks like it haven't been cleaned all year long. We reserved this facility months in advance. You knew we would be there today. Why do we have to spend 45 mins cleaning what should already be cleaned? 2. Who wants to have an event where a complete stranger (Mr Lee)keeps walking in and out? Going through the refrigerator, making plates to eat right after rudely telling the kitchen staff that they need to shut down the kitchen? 3. Mr Lee has got to be the most unprofessional employee I have ever encountered. Reunion ends at 4. It's 3:25 We playing our family game and he comes in and rudely shouts ITS OVER, CLOSE IT DOWN! After being told by a family member that we were wrapping up and will be out by 4! Even tho we were delayed by up to 45 minutes because of y'all negligence! 4. Mr Lee approached an older family member in the hallway saying "YOU MEN NEED TO TAKE ALL THIS TRASH OUT" Sir if you don't sit down somewhere. There's a way to talk to people. One thing for certain and two things for sure The Powell Starkey Family will NEVER do business with y'all again! Most recently Java gave birth to adorable chocolate lab puppies. Elsa, an 11-month old white lab from Gwen and Gus' recent litter was also there with her father. Megan and Jeff own the farm and give farm tours after yoga to see the chickens and goats. Yoga is run by Victory Power Yoga. All classes are outside so dress accordingly. They provide yoga mats. I recommend bringing a towel. If you bring a water bottle or purse they have tables set up to place your items. I did not realize it at first and set my things next to the mat. The puppies loved to play with my purse and water bottle. They have an indoor bathroom and shop (Puptique). The yoga class was excellent. Appropriate for all ages and skill levels. The class was run well even with all the distracting puppies running around. Surprisingly I was still able to relax and stretch while playing with the dogs. Ample time was available before and after to play and take pictures. Parking is available on the lawn out front. There was ample spaces and room to pull in and out (plus a turn around area if needed). Overall, we had a lovely morning here. I highly recommend checking them out!

Bicycle World was the only place that had a rack we could use on our vehicle. I can't speak about anyone except Paul who worked in the back. He was amazing. So helpful! He spent as much time as we needed to get the bike rack on securely, helped us get all the bikes on and even offered to tighten up one of our bikes (even though it was unrelated to the bike rack purchase). I was super impressed and very grateful.
