I told him to go in and look. He told me he was canceling my membership. I had a heated discussion with him. He deserved it. He cancelled my membership. Instead of doing his job. No big deal , however when we picked up our seven month old puppy he told us that that she was now considered an adult. The price was crazy and he provided a service that we did ask for as I had never heard of that type of service. I did receive a call from Brian the manager immediately as I responded to a survey they sent me. joanne, the assistant manager followed up with me, was very apologetic and refunded the service that I did not ask for and charged me the regular price. we will still purchase from that Petsmart store and do the next level training. However, we will bring our grooming business elsewhere as we don't appreciate dishonest And lying.

However, our challenges became increasingly difficult as a result of forced evacuations, relocations and having to continue working from satellite locations. Or sweet pup had only one month with us before she too became displaced and had to adapt to a very transient live style. As one might imagine, the training of our pup was erratic and remains so, I am afraid, but with the help of James and Iilo, we are currently pretty stable. James has an intuit sense of canine behavior and a keen sensitivity regarding how to balance gentle behavior guidance in alignment with modification techniques. James impressed us with his professionalism & compassion, plus his extensive knowledge and skill. The man knows his business, speaks his mind with respect, and has proven to be invaluable to us as we continue working toward our goal of a Good Citizenship Certification. I have worked with many, many trainers and training schools over my 60 years of being a dog owner. I do recommend James, without hesitation. Oh, and by the way...
