I thought it was a nice gesture to offer complimentary red light therapy or a sauna session as a "thank you". We opted for the red light therapy, which was a cool experience! I honestly had no expectations and wasn't sure what to expect, lol. It's essentially a very small booth with bright red lights. My only suggestion would be to reconsider the chair inside the booth, as it feels too large for the space. A simple stool would probably suffice and allow for more room. Unfortunately, the massage itself was a different story, and I left feeling disappointed with the overall quality of the service, especially compared to past experiences I've had at other spas, such as the Lafayette Park Hotel.
