Average. Parking can be iffy. Some of the equipment (dumbells, etc) is from the original gym, circa 2006.

Everyone is supportive and friendly! If you are considering joining a gym but... have reservations because of: shyness, lack of self-esteem, or concern about injury, JUST DO IT!!! SHOWING UP IS THE HARD PART! I'm 53 and I'm doing it. This is a great family-oriented gym for people who want to do the work... This isn't a meat market, or a singles bar parading as a gym. This is a place where functional fitness happens. The owners and instructors are absolutely outstanding! They have excellent programming. They always have scale options if folks have limited mobility(knees, shoulders, etc.) They are very flexible on their scheduled classes and on their enrollment/cancellation fees (Very helpful for family members who are students, etc.). I highly recommend Warehouse 351 for anyone serious about functional fitness! Come join us!

Let me just start off by saying that I have worked out for about 20 years and I'm also a traveling…read morephysical therapist so I have literally been a member of probably 40 or 50 gyms worldwide. I've seen some really well oiled and well manage facilities and some really poor ones. Unfortunately, this one ends up sort of on the lower spectrum for several specific reasons. I will give them credit in that their equipment selection is pretty solid and for the most part is kept relatively clean. That being said, I think there are several things that this gym definitely needs to open its eyes and wake up to. 1. To the price is crazy high... just because premier gyms charge crazy prices doesn't mean it's okay for just any old gym to do the same. 2. The keycard thing is awkward and clumsy. You get a keychain that you then also have to swipe. So for someone like me that puts their car keys in their locker, you're stuck having to take your key tag off of your keys and carry it to you in your pocket so you can move from one section of the gym to the other. 3. The music is crazy loud to the point where this place is literally causing hearing damage and increased risk of hear ing loss over time. As I said, I've been to 40-50 gyms in my day but there is a level of loud music that's simply too loud and bass heavy... and this place slams your head with stupid white boy rap and heavy drake bass the entire workout. 4. Very stinky locker rooms. Do you want to smell hot stinky ball sack literally EVERY time you walk into the locker room? Well this is the place for you. I think they might have some bacteria growing in their sauna or something because it's literally every day 10/10 ball sweat stink in your face. 5. Lastly, I spoke to 2 employees including the owner about an issue I had and was told both times that I'd get an email for follow up... neither time did o get any follow up.

I'm 24 now. I had fun as a 16 year old doing my first gymnastics class, and most of the time it was…read morejust that- fun. We didn't end up polishing any skills I can put my finger on, though. I was only there for a year. If you join when you're older they seem to ignore you, as you've grown out of the age bracket. The worst thing for me is that one day I was learning to do a front walkover- something I never succeeded at because I was really scared after this- and my teachers were supposed to be spotting me. They said that they were confident in my ability and moved on to another student, leaving me in the center of the floor, pressured to perform. I had never done a front walkover before, there was nothing to be confident in. They were not giving me anymore attention- something they frequently did in favor of my younger, more naturally inclined classmates. But I tried anyway, due to their urging. My legs tucked too far up my back as I flipped over, and I didn't catch myself with my feet. I hurt myself pretty badly by bending my back too much and then falling onto the overextension, but didn't want to let on- for whatever reason. I was a "rub some dirt in it" kid. I cried in the bathroom for like ten minutes while the worst pain calmed down, then managed to feebly get through the rest of the class. Years later, I was getting an xray for something else, and the doctor noted I have a back misalignment "found typically in gymnasts". It's from injuries like what happened to me. Luckily it's minor and doesn't have something they can really do for it, but if I had been more confident without teacher supervision like they were trying to make me, I could have really hurt myself. So, not a great experience. Not gonna do anything about it at this point, and it's been so long since- but wanted parents to be aware what this place is about.

My sons play baseball and have other activities during the spring and summer so they usually participate in gymnastics in the fall and winter. My daughter, 5, loves the developmental class.
