Don't waste your time or money here. Their internet presence indicated open until 1am... and showed…read morewhere you could book appointments every 30 minutes, showing an opening at 10:30pm, 11:00pm, etc. I stopped in around 10:20 on a Saturday night... a guy sitting out front smoking (sounding stoned out of his head) greeted me by saying "they're both busy right now but you can still go inside... (me) "and see what's up?"... (him) "yeeeeeah, hahahaha"... (me) "ok thanks!" Open the door to a LOUD electronic chime into a room reminiscent of a 90's college kid's living room to my left... & a dry erase board to my right with instructions "fill out paperwork, have photo ID ready, give paperwork to artist when called"... no paperwork around, a messy desk, a female employee who turns her back long enough to see me & resumes talking to the atist/customer behind a crappy sectioned off room to the back right corner. She's blonde with a pony tail & sorry but that's all I know/saw of her because she let me stand there in the entrance for about 5 minutes while she gossiped/bullsh*tted with them & ignored me. NEVER greeted me, never inquired what I came in for, never gave me paperwork to start filling out or ask me to have a seat on the pleather sofa?!? It was the most rudest & blatant lack of service on purpose that I've ever encountered! Unsure if this was some small town (small minded) snubbing because I'm a woman with a short pixie haircut... BC I WORK IN AN UN AIRCONDITIONED FACTORY and sweat my girlie gonads off!!! The needle got halfway through and Stopped, she decided then that it would be a good idea to just shove it the rest of the way through. She didn't check for a sweet spot and afterwards, gave 0 aftercare instruction. she was also training another women and I can only imagine how terrible she will end up after being trained by someone who does a half ass job. I'm expecting a refund or at least another piercer to try and fix this mistake. I DO NOT recommend these people for neither a tattoo or piercing. Go somewhere else, it's not worth the terrible unprofessionalism and it truly is overall a terrible experience.

We came for the Friday the thirteenth special & their grand opening. The shop was easy to locate…read moreoff Dixie hwy & they offer plenty of indoor & outdoor seating. I didn't get to take pictures inside due to the crowd of people waiting for tattoos. But it's a fun western/saloon vibes with custom saloon doors leading back to the tattoo stations. Our artist Tyler was great, he prepped everything & cleaned off the table before tattooing. His station was clean & we felt very comfortable. Definitely a shop with friendly & courteous staff & just a chill spot above the Hobby Station store. We are planning to make appointments in the future for some other pieces.
