My goal was to only lose just 5 lbs and maintain as well as toning up my body, and gain muscle weight which I did and have never seen results as quicker with Areyo than I have with many other trainers that I have worked out with in the past. Areyo recommended documenting pictures to keep track of my body results every 6 weeks, which I have and it's crazy to see how much my stomach, waist, and thighs have shrunk! His technique in training is very unique and different than anyone else that I have worked out with and he always surprises you with new moves and keeps you on your toes! I'm not one to sweat too much during workouts, but since I've started interval/circuit training with Areyo I have been dripping in sweat and just shows how much he is working my body out! Areyo is very friendly, but strict hence why he's Mr. Discipline! He will go above and beyond and write you out a diet plan to follow and workouts to do on your own time while not training with him. What's great is he will always tries to accommodate you, works around your schedule and will drive to you which is awesome! My oldest daughter started training karate after trying a free class, and then my younger daughter and myself joined as well. They offer martial arts classes for kids and adults, and small group fitness classes for teens and adults. Sensei Nate and Sensei Eric do an amazing job seeing and meeting each student where they are at. They make expectations clear, give genuine encouragement and have an impressive amount of patience. They love what they do and take their own training as serious as they do their teaching the skills of martial arts to all who are in their classes. This dojo is always kept clean, organized, and fresh. With the word of the month, they teach kids about values that will serve them throughout life, like integrity, perseverance and empathy, to name a few. Beyond learning awesome skills and pushing yourself physically, mentally and emotionally in a safe way, joining this dojo means becoming part of a community that want to see you win, on and off the mat, and that will offer a balance of accountability and encouragement to anyone who shows effort and a willingness to learn. I have seen better focus and handling challenges in my youngest since training here. And for my oldest, going into her teenage years, I see her confidence increasing since training here. For myself, it's a childhood-dream come true and I can't thank Sensei Nate and Sensei Eric enough for the amazing program they run. Even this review doesn't do it all justice.
