We LOVE this dojo so much and the community that is formed around it. We have been coming here for martial arts and fitness classes for about a year. My oldest daughter started training karate after trying a free class, and then my younger daughter and myself joined as well. They offer martial arts classes for kids and adults, and small group fitness classes for teens and adults. Sensei Nate and Sensei Eric do an amazing job seeing and meeting each student where they are at. They make expectations clear, give genuine encouragement and have an impressive amount of patience. They love what they do and take their own training as serious as they do their teaching the skills of martial arts to all who are in their classes. This dojo is always kept clean, organized, and fresh. With the word of the month, they teach kids about values that will serve them throughout life, like integrity, perseverance and empathy, to name a few. Beyond learning awesome skills and pushing yourself physically, mentally and emotionally in a safe way, joining this dojo means becoming part of a community that want to see you win, on and off the mat, and that will offer a balance of accountability and encouragement to anyone who shows effort and a willingness to learn. I have seen better focus and handling challenges in my youngest since training here. And for my oldest, going into her teenage years, I see her confidence increasing since training here. For myself, it's a childhood-dream come true and I can't thank Sensei Nate and Sensei Eric enough for the amazing program they run. Even this review doesn't do it all justice. You should really come in and see and experience it for yourself. Review by my 9-year old daughter: The Senseis are very supportive. The way they teach is a very fun way and they care about you learning. They make sure to keep you safe in class and they are very respectful. They keep the mat and the whole dojo very clean. Review by my 13 year old daughter: I enjoy training at On Track Wellness very much. The dojo is nice and very welcoming. Sensei Nate and Sensei Erik really want to see you succeed and I find a lot of motivation in that. They always push us to improve and also encourage us to push ourselves. read more

Karate has been a great activity for my son, and I have been impressed with the progress that he's made over just a few months with Sensei Eric. Eric is super patient and keeps a class of young and easily-distracted kids moving in the right direction. I've been practicing karate myself for decades and know how hard it is to keep beginners, especially young children, engaged. Eric's classes have held my son's interest, and he looks forward to each one. After class, he's always excited to demonstrate what he's learned. It may sound cliche, but it's true: karate is the perfect activity for teaching children the value of patience, hard work, respect, cooperation, and personal achievement. Eric's classes exemplify all of these values. read more

I had a great experience at BJJ, Eric, Nate, Will, and Sofia were especially nice and helpful to teach the techniques, definitely recommend to anyone wanting to try martial arts. Additionally the students to this gym are especially friendly and put effort into helping new BJJ practitioners to improve their skills and have fun read more

OTW checks all the boxes. Nate and Eric are highly dedicated owner/ operators with years of experience in the health and fitness industry. With strong backgrounds in martial arts, this gym is one of the most versatile in the area. There is every type of fitness equipment you could need but the best part of OTW is that every visit is like a training session. Wether you like working out alone or need any level of direction, these guys got you. There are classes throughout the week (HIIT, Adult Striking, yoga, etc) and I can concretely say, I have a blast every time I walk in that gym. I was never a morning person but Nate's MWF 6 am class is my favorite. I already see and feel a change in my body, I definitely recommend On Track Wellness to everyone. Thanks Nate and Eric! read more

Traditional Japanese Karate and Mixed Martial Arts with great instructors. I have been training with the Sensei of On Track Wellness for the last seven months. As a fellow Dojo owner and Martial Arts enthusiast I'm impressed with the quality of this school and it's Sensei. My philosophy is to shop for the instructor, not the style of Martial Art. OTW's instructors are superb, and I highly recommend this school to anyone interested. read more

Absolutely love love love Sensei Nate and Sensei Eric! They are both so wonderful and great with my kids (ages 6 and 8). It is obvious how much they both enjoy what they do. Look no further if you're looking for a martial arts studio! read more

I've done a lot of morning fitness classes with both Nate & Eric and they are all amazing. Since the class sizes are kept small, you get a good amount of personal attention and they will help you make adjustments to make sure your form is just right. The 35 minute classes are great to get a solid workout before going to work. I also just did a lifting training session with Nate. I tend to get a little stressed/anxious lifting in bigger gyms and this is a great way to build confidence with your lifts and push your limits with support from someone who can provide technical feedback and support. Very highly recommended if you get gym anxiety like I do! read more

I've been meaning to write this review for a while- so here goes... when I signed my daughter up for martial arts about 4 years ago, I thought it would merely be a basic after school program she could go to for fun. Well, it has turned out to be so much more than that! In fact, recently she proclaimed that martial arts is her "passion". Sensei Nate and Sensei Eric not only teach their students the physical skills of martial arts, but they also weave important life lessons and philosophies into their program. Hannah works hard every week and has shown incredible improvement in her physical strength and emotional growth. The kids at the dojo are like a family- it's amazing to see them encourage, mentor, and challenge one another. There are so many positive aspects to the experience provided at On Track Wellness. I can't recommend this dojo highly enough! read more

Great personal trainer, nutrition advice, and we have so much fun! I love getting an intense workout done in only 30 min. I've made huge progress, 20+ pounds, and love bringing my toddler to the family-friendly 9:30 class. Haven't seen this weight since before having kids. Thanks, Nate & Amanda! read more

My 4 kids have been going to On Track Wellness for 3 years for martial arts. Nate and Eric are amazing instructors. My kids have learned a lot and love going. In fact they beg for as much time in the studio as possible. But it's not just about the martial arts. My kids look up to them and Nate and Eric take that responsibility very seriously. They use martial arts as a way to work with kids on social skills like being respectful, well-behaved, responsible, and kind to others. They talk to my kids about school and make sure the kids know that they expect them to work hard in school as well as in class. I couldn't ask for better role models for my children . read more

I have been a client of On Track Wellness for some years now. Nate and Eric provide a great space, great workouts and classes, and great attitudes! I truly hate working out, but enjoy my time with them and the other participants, which is so important when you go to the gym several times a week. I mainly attend their group fitness classes and appreciate the creative exercises and the attention to detail making sure moves are done correctly. I recommend getting a monthly membership! Prices are great for what you are getting! read more

Recommend for kids and adults of all ages. Whether leaning martial arts or getting your workout in for the day, it is a program of discipline and respect. read more

We have been exclusively with Nate and Eric for about a year now after leaving another studio. I have been so impressed with the strides my children have made since moving. Nate and Eric are truly committed to their students. read more

Awesome workout! After trying circuit training on my own with books, as well as gym-hosted fitness classes and plain old elliptical + random weight training, I'd lost motivation and felt concerned that I wasn't working my muscle groups in a balanced fashion. Just a couple months into Karate Body Fitness class, I'm already feeling better all around, seeing progress in my body, and can do way more than when I started. Nate is a great trainer, athlete, and motivator. You seriously can't beat how effective this half-hour class is! read more

Love lifting here , clean, friendly, and not overcrowded like most gyms !! Also offers lots of knowledge and experience training MMA classes and individual sessions for all ages !! read more

I've never stuck with trying to exercise like I have working with On Track Wellness without giving up. And that's because Nate and Eric run a fantastic *wellness* program and really concern themselves with the whole human. I feel heard, understood, and part of a group like I NEVER have before in 30 years of trying out different gyms, clubs, and sports. Between kickboxing with Eric, HIIT classes with Nate, special events and classes that concern mental and emotional wellness as well as the physical, and gentle texting check-ins if I haven't signed up for class in awhile, On Track Wellness has been extremely positive for me. I've also made friends, and I recommend highly! read more

Nate and his team are the best! Keeps us challenged and encouraged at the same time. The community is incredibly positive and supportive. Thank you for giving me the exercise and nutrition tools I've needed to get in shape in such a short period of time. Looking forward to the results from the next 6 months. read more

Nate Church is a great fitness instructor with amazing workouts. I'm love workouts that change and challenge and incorporate cardio and strength training. I get nothing less than that above. It's a great community of people with goals of fitness and health. In only 25-30 minutes of working out, my heart pumps and I sweat a ton... And I'm physically fit! I'd recommend this class to anyone who wants to get further in their fitness goals! read more

Just completed my first trial week of indoor boot camp with Nate & I am loving it & have signed up for 3 X per week. He offers a variety of times & locations. I love that all the classes are about 30 min. Indoor boot camp is the only thing I tend to stick with so I am so glad to have found this one after my last boot camp closed. We work out on big gymnastic mats. read more

My three kids take martial arts lessons from Nate and Eric and I can't say enough great things about them and how they run their classes. I appreciate how patient and motivating they are with the kids, while still setting standards and expecting them to be met. My kids are learning great character qualities like self control, discipline, responsibility and respect while they work on the physical skills of martial arts. I was nervous for my five year old daughter to start, but after watching her older brothers, she was ready. Nate and Eric made it so fun for her and have encouraged her so much, she is extremely confident now! This is exactly the experience we were looking for. read more

Nate is a great instructor and is very informative about living a healthy life. The 30-minute interval workouts are a perfect way to get your day started. The studio has everything you need. read more

Nate is one of my daughter's Karate instructors at USKA. He, encouraged me to come to work out with him in the mornings. I told him if he had a 5:30 class I would. At that point there was no 5:30 class, I thought I was off the hook....I was wrong. He had several other people that need that morning time as well to accommodate their schedule. He created a new class and changed his schedule for us to be able to work out. Nate is dedicated to his classes and the people he trains, always encouraging and providing a great work out. At On Track Wellness I have found a group of people that encourage me and push me to be my best every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. They motivate me every class. Without a group and a trainer like this I would have quickly given up, like I have so many times in the past. In the months that I have been working out with Nate I have dropped over 16 lbs. and at least an inch and a half off my waist. By far my favorite class is TGIF it's fast paced and intense, frequently we will partner up with someone and help each other drive our workout. Thank you Nate for helping me achieve my goals. I have a long way to go but have a great way to do it. read more

On Track Wellness is the best workout experience I've ever had! I've tried it all, private studios, corporate gyms, and class pass. Regardless of my intentions, Ive never stuck to anything until I found this. Nate keeps you accountable, you look forward to seeing the friends you'll make in class, and these workouts are fun while being tough! I love the options of a 35 or 40 min class. You are pushed to your max and then before you know it, you are done! Most workouts I've dreaded spending the hour with wasted time in between. With Nate you are moving from start to finish and get huge rewards quickly! On Track Wellness is unlike anything I've ever experienced before. Nate has found a way to accommodate each of his client's individual needs. You'll make goals together, have the option to track your progress through measurements, and he can offer you nutrition advice. Regardless of your current fitness level, I recommend this class. You can make it your own. I like to go hard for a few days and then restore with a yoga class now offered at On Track Wellness in between! read more
