Short story, they harassed me at work the next day MULTIPLE times, about not having it on file that I canceled, had the nerve to ask me for screen shots of my call log to prove I called etc, I said sure! Then they went silent for several hours, then emailed me saying they were going to "wave the cancelation fee" WHAT CANCELLATION FEE?! I literally canceled more than 24 hours in advance therefor there was no cancellation fee to wave?? They have the worst customer service, so glad I didn't give my money to a place with such horrible organization and customer service! Don't let them scam you!

**Life-Changing Experience - I Finally Got to the Root of My Exhaustion!**…read more I've been exhausted since I was 13 years old, constantly being told my thyroid labs were "normal," even though I had every symptom of hypothyroidism -- cold hands and feet, brain fog, unrelenting fatigue. As a registered nurse (RN) and someone whose mother had her thyroid removed at 27, I just knew something was off. I even wrote a book on optimizing thyroid function because I went so deep into the rabbit hole trying to fix this on my own. But despite clean eating, dedication, and endless research, the exhaustion never lifted. Then I came across Regenics at the LA Fit Expo and decided: this is the year I get answers. I signed up for the full lab panel -- and one result changed everything: ferritin. As a nurse, we never check ferritin (your backup iron stores) in the hospital.
