This gym is more low-key given the location, so it is never crowded and always has machines available. Most of the time I've been there, I only see maybe 2 to 3 people at most. Has plenty of bathrooms and showers and many weights to lift. It also has lockers you can use with keys so you can lock up your stuff, which is great. Usually after driving from Arizona to Los Angeles, I pass by here. I change; I even shower and tidy up after a gym session to go home smelling fresh. I have been training for over 15 years with the Super Slow method [which when guided properly is awesome for any age]. When my past trainer left the area, I was referred to The Body Syndicate. Lots of promises and assurances that she was skilled with Super Slow -- she was not. She was mostly going through the motions during our five sessions. I approached the owner who offered another trainer - none were skilled with the Super Slow Method. I asked for my balance of unused sessions to be refunded. He stated, " Read the agreement. If I was unhappy, Tough. Sue me." He knew I wouldn't. I choose to use this process and comments let others know to be very wary about this group although World Gym [not affiliated] is a superb facility overall.
