I called the Mornington store and they let me change the voucher to their store. Don't go to Frankston Endota because behavior like this should not be supported.

The front desk staff are friendly and there's a good range of magazines to read while you wait. The store looks clean and hygienic and the waxers are good at what they do. Usually they chat away about weekend plans and holidays etc which takes your mind off the indignation and anticipatory pain. Speaking of which, BB has the least painful waxes I've had and they offer great tips about how to maintain your new 'do. They also sell some cheap (but good) post-waxing products.
