Informal, casual, great ambiance colors (green and beige), and most importantly, EXCELLENT customer service! There were 3 guys running the shop, we got our food quickly, LARGE portions. We ordered the beef and chicken kebap roll, about €5.50 each for the two of us. Some kids came running in while we were eating, about 5 of them, one of the coworkers literally ran up to them with such enthusiasm as if he was their role model. They absolutely loved him! I had a Lahmajun (Anatolian pizza) with feta, lettuce and yoghurt sauce. It was the best I've had in Germany. The rest of the group had Döner, one a Döner box served with fries in a Chinese take-out box, a cute idea that has become popular lately. Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. If you want to skip the ethnic food route, they have pizza, too. Service is friendly and quick. It's a self-service/ take-away place but there are plenty of tables and they bring your order to your table if you eat in. They also have real table- and dishware, not plastic, which I much prefer and not just for ecological reasons--food tastes better! The decor is modern sea green and beige. It's new, so everything looks good. They have bathrooms, too, which not all take-out places have, although those are showing wear already due to cheap fixtures. Can't have everything!
