Additionally, I have been unable to reach anyone by phone to address this issue. I will reverse the charge and report to Groupon. We were taken back to the treatment room on time & the nurse did the series of pretty painless injections with little to no bruising. RN injector seemed slightly flustered but was still professional & did a nice job. My friend has been quite happy with the results & plans to return for more stuff.
