Cant remember ever giving a shopping plaza a sub three star rating but this one was very close.
Curb appeal is not great and the exterior has a geriatric vibe with newer paint, stone support pillars and a lime green metal roof. Lots of available parking spaces since the businesses were not busy or just empty bays. The pylon directory sign at the entrance of the plaza was almost completely destroyed on one side and horribly withered on the opposite side (see pics). These signs are your main marketing of the plaza and are there to identify the businesses by would be customers.
Shockingly, this plaza was one block away from the brand new Lotus Edge upper class subdivision. The corner shop was a Dunkin and the opposite corner had a Vicky Bakery. Stopped in today to have a slice of pizza from Lenny's Pizza but they only had one monster size slice left over and I never take the last slice and not enough time to wait for a new pizza to cook. read more
